How long do you let the icing dry before packaging them? I worry about them not staying fresh sitting out to dry

Oh I’m so glad you like them! Thank you! I find that they should stay fresh as well as get completely dry overnight. After they’re heat sealed in a cellophane bag they should last for 4-6 weeks. In an airtight container, they will last around 3-4 days
