The most heart warming episode I have watched to date. Special kids with a super special house that they can live and love in for the rest of their lives. What special people Grace and John Lutz were and no doubt they are smiling down from heaven watching their children thrive in this new environment . Kathleen and her brother John embracing hugs from Australia down syndrome kids have so much love to give and thanks to you both for giving it back to them 100 fold. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is the most tear-jerking episode in a long time. This fabulous show should go on until Ty and the team are really old!

I just started watching some of your episodes and I can't stop right now. This episode is just so heart-warming. The joy that you brought to the kids is so priceless. God bless Ty and his team for doing this program. It is the most sensible show in the world. This is the show that billionaires should fund because they justify the very essence of the word "renovation" to these kinds of homes.

This is becoming more than ever expected to people.. I want to take this opportunity to thank you everyone who's contribution to bring their dreams come true I really thank you guys a lot with my heart.. every time I washed I always sting with tears in my eyes till end of show.
You know these families can't even afford living in these houses. right? The bills and taxes increases so much that 90% of them has to sell it and because of the personal bedrooms, they often had to lower the real price. This wasn't fullfilling people's dreams, it was giving them the dream and soon after ripping it off and make it a nightmare.
What a great family and story! This is why i love this show!

This is one of my top 5 shows. The design was outstanding and Sal is such a sweetheart and you can tell this build was his favorite family, but i especially loved watching the love btwn all of the brothers and sisters. And i love that kathleen and john never hesitated in moving back home to take care of their siblings. Their parents must of been amazing to raise them all with so much love in their hearts. It made me bawl when showing them the puzzle table with their parents picture one of the sons cried so hard saying he missed them. Im sure the parents are watching over them with smiles a mile wide, and filled with pride. They are absolutely beautiful people. God bless them all. 🙏❤

Omg tears tears tears how sad n beautiful this,I come from a family of 17 siblings,I saw how hard that was for my mum to bring us all up,mum was always sick after each child how she managed was the next eldest brother or sister looked after the babies,I was the mummy to our baby brother,so I can understand the hurdles this beautiful family went through,they so deserve a new start after losing there parents that's even harder ,may God bless you all n my heartfelt condolences 🙏 ☹️ to you all ❤❤❤

Yeah, and the amount of naive people in the comments who completely not think about the simple thing that is ,,they couldn't afford their previous home, so why they should afford their current home?''.
@@annamariaverdugo6210 paying rates and taxes on a cheap small house is doable.. Brand New double story pool and the works 10x the original value rates and taxes are NOT doable.. that's why they Lost their properties.
Nobody told them it's a Big jump.. even the couple with the veteran in the wheelchair.. they just wanted wheelchair ramps and countertops.. Lost their house.
this program shows just how great America could be if it could get rid of racism.
