- Dr. Ben Benjamin guides viewers through a series of neck stretches to facilitate cervical injury rehabilitation. These stretches are part of the Active Isolated Stretching protocol, developed by Aaron Mattes.
The best neck stretches I've seen online.
Thank you, Dr. Benjamin! I have chronic neck problems & I have been doing these stretches for a few years now. These exercises are excellent! They really work! They are my 'go-to' when I'm having a flair up. They work better than any others I have found online. And I have tried many! Except for the road noise, I love the video--it's very well done. Even though I know the exercises by heart, I like to follow the video each time b/c I do them better. So just want to thank you for posting this wonderful video & sharing your expertise. I'm very surprised there are not more views or comments!
Excellent tutorial! Our whole family did it together to learn this. Your voice is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for giving your time for this great video.
I love these stretches. I share these with my clients, always!
Thanks for these exercises. I'm not sure the advice about doing them at a traffic light makes sense, though. Particularly in light of how neck injuries are often caused.
Thank you sooo much! Helped relieve my tension headaches!
Great video! Thanks. I sprained my neck a month ago and am trying to get rid of stiffness and a little bit of left over pain.
Excellent. Thanks.
Thank you
This is a great video!
GREAT thank you so much!!!!
are these good for recuperating after a pinched nerve? or a mild torticulis?
Gratitude!!!!
Tell your lovely assistant thank you for helping, rather than saying "don't do what she is doing by moving her body. "
