Curved display durability depends on the phone. My friend gets his realme 11 pro on the floor once a while. It hasn't cracked or shattered yet. Apparently, they use double reinforced glass on it. The best thing with curved displays is the smooth feeling. Most smartphones reject touch in that area so some games which put UI at extreme edges may be difficult. But, i can play genshin impact, aspalt extreme, dead cells just fine.
The only actual issues are the second and third. I was not bothered by content bent and experienced no accidental touches. However, I only like flat displays over curved ones because screen protectors are a major pain. (I use Oneplus 11 btw.)

We need to change it every three months.

Using both ,in my opinion both are equal , while gaming, you must lower the touch sensitivity and you can do it in which ever area you want in samsung phones and curved display looks amazing while watching contents the bend dosent make it bad
