UK protesters block bus in attempt to stop asylum seekers from being moved to a barge

  • The Home Office, the UK's interior ministry, has used the Bibby Stockholm barge, to try to cut the cost of sheltering people seeking protection in the country. The 222-room, three-storey boat was chartered by the UK government for 18 months.

    Get the army out - the police seem to lack the competence to do their job these days, although are annual contribution towards this agency continues to increase - no where else in the world would this be permitted

    one would think that as an "asylum seeker" you would accept neighboring (safe country) NOT cross Mediterranean sea, the whole Europe + British channel (in a piece of rubber) just to tell everyone how hard you have it.

    Are they part of those organisations who want to change western Europe from inside out by 2050?
    Like turning the native western Europe population into a minority like what happened in the US . ..Brazil...in other parts of the world..??

      Your wrong!!! That's not protesting, that's public disturbance by impeding a public thorough fare. Plus, these immigrants are an economic drain on British society (AND throughout Europe)!!!

    To quell these type of protests country requires political will and none of the countries UK, USA , France and Germany seem to have that.....
