Home Office to move asylum seekers back onto Bibby Stockholm barge

  • The Bibby Stockholm, the barge in Dorset that's part of the Government's plan to house asylum seekers, has been empty for more than a month.
    (Subscribe: bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)
The first 39 people made to board were evacuated in August after Legionella bacteria was found. But the Home Office is set on moving up to 500 people onto the barge as soon as safety checks are complete.

And if his application for asylum gets accepted by the home office, the first thing he'll do is send for his wife and kids... Him stating he's a Christian is utter BS, because he'll put his missus and kids in a hijab once they're over here.

If he doesn't the community and mullahs and the mosque thugs will enforce the hijab. That's is what we in the West Europe must question. Why do Muslims choose the West over rich Arab countries like Saudi Qatar Kuwait Dubai UAE to migrate?? And then impose the hijab niqab (in spineless Britain) abaya and also the Burkha agin only in Britain. These Muslims choosing asylum in the West must leave their religious baggage at border control if not throw it overboard the boats they use

According to all the statistics I can find, which include from the Iranian government themselves, and human rights groups, there are just over 1 million Christians living in Iranian, or 1.5% of the population.
It's illegal to be Christian that is 100% true. But it isn't even possible to tell someone is a Christian over a Muslim unless they tell you so or start openly praying. For this reason, Iranian only enforce this law when someone goes around trying to preach to and convert others.
Meanwhile this guy abandoned his wife, and daughters the youngest of whom is just 7 just like the OP said. No one was knocking down his door. There's obviously more to this guy's story than we're being told so it's best we just allow the home office to do their jobs.

We paid £1.6 BILLION to rent this barge for 3 years. What an absolute joke. Think how many schools could have been rebuilt with that money? Think of the pay rises for doctors and nurses that money could have funded? Instead we pay that to some Australian millionaire so the home office can carry on not doing its job and instead of processing these asylum claims like they’re paid to they can carry on sitting on their arses and forcing the tax payers to pay extortionate rates to house them. If their claims aren’t valid then process them reject their claims and send them home. Or if they are valid refugees then let them start working in the industries that can’t find enough staff and paying taxes here. But no, we’re stuck with paying tens of thousands of pounds a day for a barge that isn’t even being used cause no one could be bothered to disinfect water tanks.

I would also cut most benefits, the only ones remaining being the pension, the child benefit and 6 months unemployment benefit worth 75% of minimum wage. Do that and the country gets back on track. Besides that, I understand, the country's overhelping everyone, but is any other country open to help the english, should there be an emergency? Nope.

The letter: "Dear Resident, You are currently being provided with asylum support under of the Immigration and Asylum Act." Then in the list of facilities being provided, they note "English classes". Perhaps the nitwit at the Home Office who wrote that sentence should also attend. Fair enough, this may be a simple typo, but if this is a reflection of the calibre of the civil servants at the Home Office, it is of no surprise that they cannot get to grips with more important matters such as efficiently processing the asylum applications. Therefore efficiently identifying those with legitimate cases to remain and those that should be promptly deported. Efficient processing would not only likely drastically cut the number of asylum seekers needed to be taken care of, but save an incredible amount of money. It would also help those with legitimate cases to move on quickly and establish their new life in the UK and become tax contributing legal residents instead of a burden on the tax payer. The Government and the Home Office aren't thinking.

A sure way to tell the *real* refugees from those just here for economic reasons, is the real asylum seekers would accept a warm bed, food, shelter and safety without complaint if they were *genuinely* fleeing life-threatening persecution/war. If you’re an illegal economic migrant, you can go; if you’re a genuine refugee, you can stay; if you’re any one of these and complaining about the accommodation, as long as you are safe, have food, and have a bed, I have no sympathy.

The youtuber polity told him that the Tax payer were were paying for him to live there and he started shouting that the Government GIVE him nothing snd he dodnt care what the tax payers were paying .
