I bought an S650 back in November of 23’ and I love it! I did also get the performance package too. The only difference is mine was silver and instead of active exhaust mine came with the recaro seats! Other than that same car haha I love my mustang!!!
2018 GT Premium w/PP1, MagnaRide, active valve exhaust, 6 speed, 60,000+ miles. Stone cold love the car. I run the Continental EXTREMECONTACT DWS 06 PLUS tires. It has been a near perfect road trip car for two. It’s a daily driver. Real world, North Texas congested traffic 14 - 16 MPG. With cruise control set at 72 MPH, highway 30+ MPG. Several trips from Dallas, Texas to north Jersey and back right around 30 MPG. The car puts a great big smile on my face every time I drive it. As for the new S650; a) I do like the front end more than my 2018, b) the iPad dash 🤮. Happy motoring 🇺🇸🤠
Boost it!😎
@@mikehughes8023Ha Ha - Everyday driver with more horse power than I ever use + I still have two plus years of Ford’s Premium Extended Warranty. Something else, I would be concerned about is passing the annual pollution inspection. Have fun 🤠
Great looking car I love it but here in we don’t have it yet maybe by the end of the year if we lucky great show my friend and specially very well explained about the car. Thank you so much from Sydney Australia.😊
Thanks for watching!
Luv watching this channel ❤️
Glad to hear it! I appreciate the support!
What was the sound mode while you were driving. It seemed to me a bit too loud
The active exhaust part is what I like about these starting in a quiet mode. Is this only on the performance?
I had a s550 premium performance pack with 3.73 gear. The gearing was annoyingly short. Constantly rowing through the gears just to get to 40 mph
I ordered the dark horse if you load up a mustang GT with a performance package and Ricardo and everything else it’s about 63 to 64 the dark horse if you load it up without the handling packages about 69 you getting the you’re getting more horsepower you getting different front rotors you’re getting different cooling elements. You’re getting a car that is produced in a lot lower numbers which helps the use residual so you’re gonna get that $6000 back easily. It’s a no-brainer.
I picked up my Dark Horse on Jan 12 the only option it does not have is the automatic trans and I just love it.
@@paulabes4220 Yes it does have the Automatic as an option
It's only 14 more HP lol. GT premium with all the options that you want is the way to go
@@MrGarbageman1965, more cooling, different styling, only way to get the Tremmic manual transmission, better suspension. But, other than that exactly the same. 😂
Love my 24 mustang gt.
Is yours a 10 speed? I’ve never wanted an auto mustang but now I’m kinda learning towards the 10R80 now and I’m wondering if the gear holds until you slap the paddle or does it shift for you anyway
@@E85_STI mine is a six speed manual.
@@mitchellmoise8896 do you have any issues with lockout like shifting at 6800 or something I keep seeing that these MT82 trans lock you out if you try to shift fast or aggressively but with normal casual drive it shifts fine.
In your opinion is there room on the roof to add an aftermarket sunroof I was considering this car but I see they don't offer the roof from the factory
I wish I could be more help, but I’m not sure that’s something that could be done to the car in a clean manor
@@jalopy_jeff thank you
That would be a huge mistake. But it's America...
I thought Luka Doncic was doing the review 😭😂
I wish I was paid like Luka
And his English is amazing
Luka does car reviews now lol
I heard the new tires that go with the handling package are having problems, is that true?
Did not have any issues during my time with the car
@@jalopy_jeff Good good. I'd be nervous driving mine here in Florida with all the surprise sinkholes we get with those expensive tires. The P Zero's are fine for me. What I really worry about is the infotainment system overheating during the summer.
I noticed the Michigan license plate. You definitely wouldn't be wanting to rock summer tires up here... @@jalopy_jeff
It is a press car from Ford! That’s why it has a Michigan plate, this was filmed in Arizona.
I haven't had any issues with mine. Over 7k miles.
The problem with the MT-82 is no one buys the manual to putt around in and drive softly 100% of the time- thats what auto's are for. Manual drivers are almost exclusively driving enthusiasts, so including a manual that doesn't cater to enthusiast driving experiences they might as well not offered it at all, or at least made the Tremec an upgrade option for PP.
Looks great. I can't afford it. 50k plus 8% interest rate. I'll keep my paid for 2008 gt500
4.99% in Canada
this dude must be luka doncic's brother
Hello, is that color Vapor Blue ?
Yes, Vapor Blue Metallic
Yep. Just like mine except I have black racing stripes instead of a black roof. It's a great car, it makes you want to take the long way home
What color is this?
Vapor Blue Metallic
Sounds like a mustang salesman
0-60 in 4.3 seconds is slower than the previous generation. Disappointed!
odds of getting one 20k below MSRP?
I don’t think it’s high, but never zero.
Zero!
one can only wish
Sure wait about 4 years and buy a used one. You can get them below MSRP but no where near $20k! I’ve seen them $6k below. That’s the best deal I’ve seen.
wait till 2034!
Wir werden sehen was er kann wenn er auf der deutschen Autobahn ohne Tempo Limit fährt 😜
How about those of us who like to listen to CD's?
Good luck. I'm 77 and listen to USB stick or Bluetooth from phone.
Great car, but there is just something wrong with the fact that you need to make six figures to afford a base Mustang GT. In 1988 the Mustang GT was $12750 MSRP. Adjusted for inflation it would be $33k today. The average US worker could easily afford a Mustang GT back in the day. Obviously this new Mustang is way more car, but I hate that everything seems to be priced for top earners these days.
Work overtime 💪
A loaded 2024 GT at $60,000 is just too much, better cars out there for the money, imo.
Like what?
What car would you say?
Still no answer.🤷🏽♂️
Tell me please lol
@@Ledman301cause there is no answer. Lol
99% of Mustang drivers do not "track" their car. Performance pack seems like a joke to me. A couple more HP and bigger brakes? Nonsense.
Suspension is upgraded too magna ride suspension
Don't forget the K-Brace
I just like the more aggressive look with the black rims and spoiler
Nowadays everything is overprice. Great review
PP is definitely worth it

Interior is terrible. Those air vents in the middle look like they belong in a truck.
