- 1.2kg. potatoes (pre-boiled in salted water);
- 550 gr. zucchini;
- 130 gr. cheese;
- 1-2 tbsp milk;
- 1 small carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 1 tsp. oregano;
- 1 tsp. dried garlic;
- oil for frying the vegetables.
