    This is a very helpful video for those of us researching where to stay in Aruba for a first time trip and considering a stay at the Tamarijn. Thanks so much for sharing Corey!!😀

    Excellent! Thank you so much. We used to stay at the 2500 building then started staying at the 1700 building. I was always curious what the beach looked like in front of the Divi.

    Great video - THANK YOU! Was thinking about staying at the Divi Village Golf....What do you think? Is it really far to the beach? Also, with the all inclusive package, you can eat almost anywhere at the 3 resorts, right? One last question - if we stay at the Divi in the Vista rooms, can we use the amenities at the Divi Village Golf? My kids would like the water slide, etc.

    Great video, thanks! We usually stay at the Tam but want to try the Divi next year. Which building did you stay at that you liked? The beach looks really nice and less rocky. Although we did love the Bunker Bar at the Tam!

      Vista 2 ocean view 2nd floor. We really enjoyed the view, however, we’re doing vista 3 in January 23’. We were never really in the room but to sleep and shower so it really didn’t justify it for us. Regardless, the view was awesome and right out to the beach. There is a bar at the bottom of those stairs at vista 2/3 pool as well as the main one up by the main pool that i frequented the most. Enjoy your trip

      The beach looks VERY different now. They recently just had some serious storms destroy the beach at Tam and part of Divi. Join their FB group and you’ll see. Regardless - Divi is still good beach. But this was filmed a little bit ago

    Hello I am trying to decide between Divi and Tamajarin. First-time visitors. We prefer a great beach and a more quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I have read that the Tam is louder around the pools than the Divi. But the Tam has better rooms on the beach. Are there issues getting a beach umbrella at either location? Which would you recommend?

    • @coreyjohnson2007
      @coreyjohnson2007  Před rokem

      You’re correct- Divi wins hands down on beach. If u want a littler better room at Divi, vista 3 would be a good choice. It’s not walk out to the beach, but under 100 yards so it’s actually really nice. It’s my personal favorite even though last trip we did vista 2

  • @karenwalsh1143

    Hi Corey, I saw your video on where to stay in Aruba (you choose the Divi) I'm disabled so I was wondering if there are rooms with the beach steps from your room - and the pool like right next to it? Thanks, Karen

    • @coreyjohnson2007
      @coreyjohnson2007  Před rokem

      Yeah, I’d say Divi building 1. When you say “steps” at most you’re 20 yards from the beach in that building depending on where your room is within that building. The pools is about the same distance
      If you’re going w Tam, I’d request closest to pool as possible, all rooms there are walkout to beach right there

      Divi or tam?
      Tam has zero beach now after the storms… Divi? I like building 2 - renovated and if you pay for the upgrade view it’s perfect . I’d want building 2, ocean view, building 1, then 3. The casitas didn’t do much for me

    Hi great video I’ve booked for the Tam, what block of rooms do you recommend that has the best beach area (no rocks) and shallow water for kids?

    • @coreyjohnson2007
      @coreyjohnson2007  Před rokem

      The far north end. Catch 22…. Best area of beach, furthest from lobby and bars. Divi has a better beach, tam is walk out… both good. There is a storm down there and the beach has changed a little since this was recorded but likely the north end would be best (first rooms in beginning of video)
