Born and raised in Montreal, I am about the same age as the Metro system. I left Montreal about five years ago, never got the chance to ride the new tram system. I am not sure if it’s just an impression from the video but the new tram seem much faster? Is it just an illusion or are they in fact much faster? The acceleration seem to be much smoother and way faster.
