Mine was fixed by connecting the AUX cable from bass in to the SB bass. Gotta love the interner and those who share their issues. Wireless might gotten betten faster now days, but just like the internet, LAN will always be faster than any wireless connection. Always go wired people. just hide the cables nice and neat lol

You’re correct, it’s wifi interference. If it pops again and you don’t wanna switch routers, you can try putting the Bose setup on one network and other devices on another network. Or, you can try putting more distance between the module and router. I’m not sure why the 700 is so sensitive to interference, but it is. I think Bose should include the wire with the modules so owners have the option to connect that way.

They should definitely give more information about this issue, but all they said that the subwoofer is faulty so they haven’t got too much knowledge about this issue

I tried everything to fix the noise coming from my two Bose subwoofers without success. Both were making the same noise until I moved the power cable that was passing underneath both subwoofers. The power cable has to go straight back without passing by one side or underneath the box. This way, the two boxes never made the noise again.

If you call Bose they will ship you a 15ft Aux cable to hardwire the bass module. They will tell you it is a known issue with certain radio frequency.

I have the 700 Module subwoofer and mines was making the same noise. I wired it to the soundbar and it finally stop making that popping noise. I’ve since went back to wireless and so far so good no noise.
