Brandon, no disrespect, but, you seem kinda frail. Do you think that's because of your food intake or maybe a lack of working out?
After my 40 day juice fast I decided to also fast with the seasons. But will change the fast depending on the season so it suits my body and where I live. In the fall or winter, I’ll do a liquid fast to be able to include warm soups in the mix. But in the spring or summer, juice will suffice
Nice, it's pretty similar to how I do it. Sometimes I'll have some warm soup broth near the end of my fast in the spring. The weather in Pittsburgh can be crazy 😆
