To be fair you shouldnt be hitting anyone in the first place and some people are fragile. No, legit fragile. Example is i have a bad back and neck from a previously very bad car accident.
What you described could still cause me severe pain for months along with muscle spasms from the out of alignment spine from said previous car accident.
Would i call the cops and all that for this? No unless i am in severe pain and need the ER for help with the spasms and such. Otherwise i would go there myself and my doc and send the bills to your insurance.
No lie some people are just not healthy and any sudden oomph can lead to months of debilitating pain. Not fun.
However! If she was walking at all she was bullshitting and looking for a bag from your insurance.
