My Hero Academia Manga has showcased Deku Leaving U.A High School as he is now trying to become the new symbol of peace and greatest hero like his mentor All Might. Deku will become the strongest of all heroes with one for all and 6 quirks on top, so here we are explaining HOW STRONG WAS ALL MIGHT in his Prime during Boku No Hero Academia's prequel and other events. I think Deku's "Full Cowl" is his "muscle form". He uses it in his whole body, just like All Might gets ripped as hell, becoming the 274 kg monster.

“Muscle form” is just what All Might used to look like, which he built up by training. It’s his natural body state. Deku won’t get a muscle form unless he trains for years and years and years to naturally build up those muscles and then just happens to get the same stomach injury.

@@vikingrush5781 in the end of season 4 when all might is training deku I think. He said he only used 100% when punching and never otherwise as he would cause a lotta damage from the wind pressure.
