As a writer or even established pro, it can be tough to be spoken to like that and you can see it on Diablos face faulty often in this. She’s showing respect but clearly a little irritated. Imagine the love of your life and father of your children leaving you and then having to deal with online hate and vitriol and being misunderstood by the media for years. It all caught up with M and you can see some bitterness creeped in. I think she’s been very lonely. She’s still alive though and still delivering work which is a testament to her resilience.
Fully enjoyed this!!!! Madonna was so relaxed and I think they have a great relationship. Seems that way anyway. Diablo knows her humor and bluntness. Can’t wait for more!!!

You know when Madonna was starting out in the New York underground she was in an early incarnation of SWANS? She went from the genuine fringe of society to the very centre, and single-handedly deconstructed the concept of femininity and rebuilt it - for which she was severely punished and yet did not succumb to hatred but continued on to even greater work. UGH. I wish I was working on that project. She needs to write with someone who already knows the beats of her personal story inside out and also has a genuine awareness of her massive cultural influence.

Yea Paris Jackson really looks like her I don't know why it's scary. She will be a good choice. But I don't think she would want her own daughter to play her. She is too controlling as a mother and very strict or so it seems I wouldn't think she would like to see her daughter wear all those over sexualized attires. So I don't know.
