Watch his shuffling carefully. He kept last 5-6 cards on top every single time.

The handcuff scene is clearly just cut that way
If you watch frame by frame, you can see that in the cut where Jesse puts the cuffs on Mark, Jesse's not wearing them at all in that cut, he just holds them and throws them onto Mark's hands

can't possibly mess up a trick you've been practiced for 15 years. Saying it only to make the the other person distracted and less suspected ;) But it's a good easy trick, I learned something new.
if the deck originally have the 4 aces on top, I can also do this same trick with the same or different re-arrangment.
+Chen Vannlydeth it was indeed having 4 aces on top even before he took them out of the box.
4 aces at top of the deck to start. Even though he shuffled the deck, he kept the top 4 cards unchanged. he moved the cards around as filler for the rest of the trick and getting him to put the aces on top of the 4 piles.

What you want to do is put all 4 Aces on top.. When you do a bridge shuffle.. Make sure all 4 are on top.. then, remember what pile you you did last (it has the aces).. Then you can do whatever you want just make sure that you remember where the aces are and spread them out.. In the video he used pile 4 and if you pay attention, he had all aces in pile 4...then 2 in 2 & 2 in 4.. moved both from 4 to 1 & put 1 back to 4 and moved one of the ones from pile 2 to 3 so they were spread out.
The 4 aces are on the top of the deck, the deck is cut into piles and you have to make sure the 4 aces end up on the top, then you can do whatever you want when you cut them into 4 like he did on the video. It's one of the easiest.

Yeah at the point I had made this comment I didn't realize that the "all of these tricks can be done irl" comment was for the second movie. Apparently that is something that they took to heart and really worked at in it while some things fell through the cracks for the first movie
Stepping back through the steps, all the aces were on the top of pile 4. He just needed to get them there. That was on the top of the deck after "shuffling", so all he had to do was make sure he dropped the last chunk of cards from the top half that he took each time all at once, so the top four stayed on top, which you can see in both shuffles.
yeah I think a lot of tricks are conceived by determining the outcome you want, then working backwards to plan the strategy to achieve it

I know how to do that magic trick ! For anybody wondering you just need to have 4 aces at the top of the first pile . You just prepare the deck from before to have all 4 aces at the top . That Joker thingy he did in the start was obviously just to make him believe that he did not order the cards ! All you need to be careful about is the shuffling . For those who are very good at shuffling they only need to do perfectly even shuffles . If you have 4 aces at the top of a deck and do a perfectly even shuffle the aces will remain at the top of the deck . For those who are not that good at shuffling all you need to do is not shuffle the top 4 cards . When you realise that you are close to the ending of the shuffle just stop it and merge the deck together . That requires speed though so the other person does not see you not finishing the shuffle . If you watch closely this interviewer did not finish the shuffle ! After that if you follow these comands the 4 aces will be at the top of every pile !

You start off with the 4 aces on top, than you keep them on top in the riffle shuffle, the rest doesn't matter. than you divide them into 4 piles, and the 4 aces are on top of pile #4. than, when you move the cards, they are moved to the 4 piles.

It's a set up deck, if it were a new deck the Aces wouldn't all be on top.

+・アレキウスティトス Yes, it is true. In a new deck, the aces are spread throughout the deck with 12 cards between each ace, they are not on the top in a new deck. The deck in the video was set up beforehand and when he "shuffled" he kept the four aces at the top. Not to mention that there would be Jokers in the deck if it was a fresh deck.

Easy trick. All aces are at the top of the deck at the start, and even during the shuffle they stay there; only middle cards get shuffled. Then it's just a matter of the other guy putting each one on top of each pile.
I'm a beginner...but i can how he does it immediately. First false riffle shuffle and then simple card control and i mean seriously, he even directly arranges everything by telling Franco where to put the cards.

thats an easy trick you just put the four aces on top and then you just destract with pile 123 and from pile 4 you slowly placed one by one card on pile 123
(oh and when you shuffled you placed the four aces on top and make the audience think you are shuffling the deck I mean yes you are but you are not shuffling the top for cards
