Roxy Pink is a victim of its own success. Most people who could afford to buy one already went out and ordered one. I've seen a few sitting at dealers for a while now. I could see it doing well on the SE model. Curious to see if its gone for good or just filtering down the product line.
I love mine, my forever guitar I believe. And I get a lot of compliments. Little surprised it’s going away but kinda sweet idea to have snapshots in time with these colors.
I think it’s because John wanted the silver sky to be the modern strat, especially capturing colors of our time. Pink seems more old school to me and never matched the current finishes

I see used Roxy Pinks at my local Guitar Centers whenever I walk in. I’m guessing owners weren’t as in love with them after the initial hype died down on them.
I’m calling it now. The next flip flop limited edition will be prominently pink. Coming 2025. Pink undercoat with a yellow orange flip flop and call it something like solar flare…. That’s why Roxy is going away…. To build the hype on the new flip flop….

I am not that surprised. It was trendy at one point. Very few people really want a hot pink guitar. Looking back on it, it was a little douchey!
I agree that's most likely why you see so many on reverb. Impulse buys that turned into resells.
