Born in 2005 eh ROTFL...Ain't hard to compare to much Zoomer, you've literally experienced next to NIL. On the other hand seeing them in the 80s or early 90s, zero comparison.
Your first show wow I have been lucky enough to have seen the mighty Metallica 5 times hopefully I will get to see them again if they tour England best metal band of all time
I’ve seen Metallica 5 times over the last 30 years. To me they sound better now than anytime before. James voice is amazing in his elder years. The whole band itself is a masterpiece.
What’s most impressive to me is how well they’ve maintained since 2003… there’s been no drop off in this 20 year window

James is most definitely in a 2nd prime. They all sound great tho
@@joatagewinYeah, it seemed recently like he was having a serious crisis of age and confidence, but he seems to have overcome that in spades. The whole band gives off an energetic vibe of happiness and intensity. It's inspiring.
This was my first show of Metallica (young big fan here) two day after the night 2 I buy Snake pit ticket for Massachusetts. Fuck yess I love this band ❤️

Live is the only way to test the accuracy of a band. And these dudes have been blowing all other bands out of the venue with how accurate they are live. The kings will and always reign. Metallica still rules the world.

Do you really believe that Metallica is accurate live? You must be having a laugh. Rush is accurate, Lars is a clown that plays at a high school level. James has ALWAYS been the time keeper of that band, ALWAYS. The only reason he hasn't been replaced is because he is so rich that he would tie James up in court for the rest if his life. Look at his bitching about Napster, without tape trading Metallica would not exsist. After the And Justice For All era their live performances have steadily declined, mainly because of Lars. HE SUCKS.
Well yes and not... They are not the same live but they are still really good.. they have a lot of money for sound engineering and production is a big help. You want to see accuracy go to a Judas Priest , Testament, Kreator , Gojira and more. Their vocals are out of this world and they are as old as James (except Joe Duplantier ). Chuck's voice every year is better and better.
@joatagewin we're not talking about two washed-up vocalists here. This person posted that Metallica still plays as accurately as ever, and people like myself are reponding to that. My opinion is that of the complete contrary. What do a cover band clone singer that has always been a week vocalist and one of the greatest front men in history who has burned his vocal chords out of greed have to do with the accuracy of Metallica's live shows? Dude???

Impossible to put into words how happy I was to share this night with my brother🤘♥️. Metallica is my favourite band and getting to see them live was so surreal.
First time seeing metallica live was at this show, this was also the last time i got to see my mother healthy before she passed.

I was there that night! I’m a fan of Metallica from China and it was the craziest night I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for sharing the complete version of the most epic moment of my life.❤
Is Metallica banned in China? Or any rock/metal bands? I haven't heard any or seen concerts in China. Too bad, I'm sure there are lots stadium that can accommodate this kind of audience.
@@donburachelli406 The last time Metallica toured China was in 2017, in Beijing and Shanghai, and Iron Maiden also came that year. Since then, as far as I know, no big-name overseas band has ever toured in China. China's political climate has been extremely unfriendly to foreign cultural exports in the past five years, and has become particularly severe since the pandemic lockdown in 2020-2022. At present, any rock/metal band that violates the political taboos of the Chinese authorities has been banned, represented by Taiwanese metal band Chthonic.

we've drove a Lada through ukrain, coming from north of Romania 🇷🇴, didn't have money for flight, took us almost 3 days to mosckba..no GPS, no cellphones, no directions, all we had was a poster with metallica showing to random ppl in the cities asking : Metallica concert moskba?😢

Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank for doing all this I know it's a lot of work. My son is 14 and this is the first big concert I've been able to bring him too. His favorite band. He was able to pull his marks up in school and this was his reward. Thank for your video because now he will always have a memory of this time.

Was it the kid in the red shirt on his father's shoulders, that kid looked like he was having the time of his life. I don't know what Young man wouldn't be. So awesome good for him the younger generation needs to experience Metallica, my 11 year old loves the new album 🤘

are they playing standard D tuning now? I felt it was different and suspected... I've always thought they would sound better live playing at standard D and megadeth would fit better with the Eb tuning

I was there both nights! An unforgettable experience. Orion followed by tens of thousands of people signing Nothing Else Matters was epic! The stadium was literally shaking during Master of Puppets. I was on the 3rd level, and the concrete floor was bouncing.

No. The audio must have been edited. Lepper Messiah, for instance, the original video from the Metallica channel is on standard tuning while here is tuned down. Great job editing though.
