Snakes are the ultimate undeserving fear-based scapegoat. Very misunderstood. We should be grateful for them. Without them we would have a lot more rats/mice.
Very informative talk! I have been dreaming about snakes almost weekly.. Last night, same date as this talk I dreamt of huge coiled snakes and boy I trembled with fear.. I fear snakes with all my might but they keep coming in my dreams..
I’m on the process of transforming myself through healing my inner child traumas and wounds.. I’m also very selective of the people I’m spending my time with based on my own growth and development and positive energy... I pick People’s energy very easily and negative energy overwhelms me immensely .. I’m also drawn inwardly, a huge chunk of my time is in solitude... Additionally, I feel a very strong pull towards the healing arts profession..

The snake is my animal totem and I have always wondered why I have a draw towards rattlesnakes and the fact that they have never possed a threat to me when handling and relocating them, great insight!

No snakes in New Zealand. :) Loved your detailed view on Snakes. Saw a pale green snake yesterday by my front door and beside wall of house moving past. I had buckets of water I collected from washing machine ready to carry to pots plants in the yard. Oh my! Sooo grateful it didn't come through the wide open door into my house. Oh my! Couldn't find it after that. It's amazing how it left me remembering that sighting well after the fact. A lingering type of caution & precaution stays with me. I needed this for sure , things are changing dramatically! I was outside last night and there was a snake sitting on the door frame to my apartment , it freaked me out with the ideal of a snake above my door (considering I’m in Louisiana) but it was so calm and I knew it wasn’t by chance
I've been going to a Christian Church for many years but never quite felt at home there. So I went out yesterday Sunday and tried Unity Church which seems like it might be more friendly toward people who are different. I enjoyed it and think I'll be going there again. When I came back home there was a 3 ft black racer snake coiled up right at the entrance to my condo patio that led to my front door. It's the first time I've ever seen anything like this. A neighbor helped me get it up into my garden because I was afraid somebody would come along and hurt it. It rained really hard yesterday and this morning I discovered that it had taken refuge in my little storage closet outside on the patio. It was sunning itself halfway inside the door and half way out. I wanted to lay out in the sun too but I was kind of nervous. I figured if I didn't bother it it wouldn't bother me. So I got out my lawn chair and lay down about 3 feet away from the snake. I noticed that the skin on it's neck seem to be getting white. I think it's going to start shedding soon.
I'm really glad I found your Channel and this video. I've been experiencing a lot of synchronicity lately and of come to realize that there is a meaning in everything around me. I used to keep garter snakes and hognoses every summer. I've also had a boa. She was actually quite friendly with me ( as far as snakes can be friendly). She would strike at my brother every chance she got though. I know it sounds weird, but I felt like I had a "bond" with her. I've also had a power dream about snakes. I will share that later.

I love your wall painting of the two snakes and the all-seeing eye and the watercolor painting of the rattlesnake - so pretty! I feel that the rattlesnake/snake (in general) are one of my animal totems...as well as the hawk/eagle and toad. I have had three very profound experiences with rattlesnakes in my life...the latest one being, coming literally 'face-to-face' with one and it didn't strike at me! Interesting, when you mentioned that perhaps the hawk could also be a totem for some of us. When I was eighteen, I saw the apparition/vision of the 3-dimensional 'living eye' of a bird of prey form on the ceiling of my bedroom. The more, I focused upon it, the bigger it became, until my entire ceiling was filled with this eye! I have always attributed the 'eye' to that of Horus. Also, whenever I pull oracle cards...funnily enough, I usually pick out the card of 'focus'...a major attribute to both the snake AND the hawk...and 'focus' is something for me, as a Gemini rising, that is often very difficult to do, as I am interested in many, many things! The other night I dreamt of getting bitten by a cobra on my right foot. And in my dream I panicked knowing it was poisonous and I could die in minutes. I felt calm and fell asleep. Don't be afraid of it - shadow work is necessary and very powerful work, and Snake can be a very good ally here - but do call Light around you at this time, and keep an open mind and be willing to look in the mirror with deep self-honesty! :)

I had a dream dozens of snakes were oozing through the vents in my home. They multiplied. I didn't think I was afraid of snakes but after that dream I am sensing a new found fear. I was trying to keep them from spreading but I couldn't. There were all kinds! Garden snakes to Cobras!

Interesting that you mention Archangel Michael and cutting away/ letting go, as in my dream the snake that bit me was all white in color with the borders royal blue . According to the work I have done, those are the colors of archangel Michael .

A huge dark hawk came to sit on a low rooftop opposite my front glass door. Still in my garden. I measured distance by walking to the where it settled...stretching My legs, about 13 steps from my door...on roof of a little living quarters.
It was almost all black or very dark grey/brown. I couldn't get key quickly enough and looked through door. So lighting bad for color identification.
It sat with it's back to me but head constantly checking out all movements. Then turned toward me and flew off.
Meaning please, if I am snake.

That's beautiful. It's bringing balance. Because Hawk is a predator of Snake, working with Hawk can help you balance out any negative aspect of Snake. Hawk can help you get things out in the open, or air things out that may be "hiding under rocks." It is a particularly strong 3rd Eye animal and can give you a higher perspective. Cool that it was moving its head around scouting things out. Could be a protector and guide animal for you.

I had a life threatening incident last week and during which was seeing snake symbols a lot and also dreaming of them. Very hard time in my life. I went to a rescue zoo and there was a snake that came right up to me and looked me in the eyes for a few seconds. My girlfriend said it looked unreal the way he slithered up to me. Continue to see lots of symbolism. That’s when I started diving into what it meant.

Snakes are misunderstood. They just have to be respected in nature. I saw a snake today, but I wasn't afraid of it, like some people are. My grandmother was deathly afraid of snakes, I never really was.
I saw one today, a 🐍, and it was a rough day for me. A little 🐦 got caught by my dog, and by the time I got it from his mouth, he was gone. I buried him. (I am pretty upset about it. )Then later today, I took my dog to the park, and as I was about to leave I saw a common black snake come out of the woods. I wonder what meaning it had for me. But after hearing your meaning about the snake, and renewal, and reserection, maybe that's a sign for me the bird 🐦 is now okay. 🙏👍.

Lots of interesting perspectives in this video, I think it's helped. I keep thinking snakes lately, and yesterday listened to a talk on Jung's redbook and there was a segment on snakes. In addition I felt drawn to his painting of a snake that resembles Yggdrasil, put it as my wallpaper last night.
But more significantly there's been alot of change for me, departed with my partner of 9 years which we've a child, who's just started grade 1 and everyone in my house has moved ( I've been living separately from my family for 2 years) and the owner is retiring and wants to evict me to either take over the whole house and remove units or sell. I could fight it and prolong things significantly but I've been unsure of what to do, change seems inevitable and resisting is causing alot of stress..yet I know I shouldn't fight but, Im a male aries, very stubborn hah.

It`s not just snakes for me. In the past, my dreams have been quite interesting when it came to animals. I feel connected to the snake, because of what it symbolises, but I guess I could have more as well; as for my dreams- Once I saw a green snake in a tub (idk why it was in a tub, i dont think it holds any significance-), a black wolf staring at me, and once, I THINK a lion battle, in which I don`t think I ever got killed, nor attacked, (yes, I know- confusing, since I just said, I had a battle, but on this one I`m not even 50 percent sure on what happened, or if it really happened.). Point is, I saw these animals, and they were all calm( The snake and wolf).whenever I searched upon snake dreams, never exactly got the meaning of, if it didn`t attack you, since unfortunately the snake is sometimes mostly seen as hostile for some reason. The point is, I find it very intriguing that those two animals just watched me, and not attacked me.( the wolf, and the snake- not the lion) In my country snakes aren`t common, and we don`t have wolves, so I`m really not sure. The most common animal, that apparently likes me, is the cat- but they are very common in my area, so yeah, i`m not exactly sure. Thanks for making these vids :)
Beautiful. Sounds like you do have a connection with these two animals. They are coming forward as power animals for you at the least. Snake in particular may be your core totem. Also do pay attention to all elements of dreams - they do have significance. Re: tub-think "vessel". Lots of symbolism there. :)

Not necessarily. They come forward when something triggers them to do so. If you want to reconnect or deepen your connection you can do so proactively through journaling, meditation, journey work, etc.
I'm hoping you can help me or point me in the right direction. In the early 2000's, I had the image of two serpents in the form of a lemniscate swallowing each other's tail cast in tarnished bronze strongly impressed upon my mind. I thought maybe I had seen it in a book called "When God was a woman", but searched later and couldn't find it. I also continued to search the internet for a more exact deeper meaning. There is all kinds possible meaning such as balance, wisdom, duality, earth elements, and even a reference to the god Abraxas. Any assistance would be welcome. Thank you.
Wow, that is a powerful symbol. You could probably spend a lifetime exploring it. One thing that is coming forward for me is eternal life - both from the infinity symbolism of the lemniscate/dual ouroboros and the material bronze, which is created from the union of two metals and is extremely durable and can be forged into virtually any shape...
You have to go through your shadow. Choose good over evil before you delve into the shadow. Do not agree to anything inside the shadow only consciously and after much deliberation. You can program the shadow to only respond when instinct is required.
When the power of the Lord comes to you and you hear the voice even the shadow heads to it if you choose good.

You're experiencing a fourth dimensional activation. Snake can actually be a very positive ally but not always. They may be projections of your own mind, symbolizing lost parts of you that are coming up for healing. However I can't speak specifically to your situation without more information. The important thing is not to fear. These things can't do anything to you without your consent. They may try to scare you. If that is the case then be aware that the only way they can get to you is through your own fear. They are powerless otherwise.

I first seen a feminine snake in a fire, then I notice a baby snake. After the fire died down, there was a masculine snake
Had a dmt experience where i blacked out, due to intense visuals and being terrified i had actually gone too far this time and died for real. My friends said that i opened my eyes and flicked my tongue, like a snake and looked around the room, i have no memory of this part. what would your take on the snake possessing me? Some of what over researched in terms of shedding skin , isolation, transformation fits as i have made many changes to my life and feel like ive had a kundalini awakening. I hope that the snake was there for me at the most terrifying point of the trip. However there also part of me that still wary of its symbolic connection with evil/devil. Theres always two sides to the snake symbolically, historically, mystically. Its hard to navigate.
Yes, it is VERY hard to navigate. Possession is a real thing. The natural snake spirit is not evil. However it (along with certain other animal spirits including owl, toad, etc.) have long been used (i.e. abused, sometimes literally/physically abuse of living animals) by dark practitioners for shady metaphysical purposes not aligned with light. So Snake can show up in either positive or negative ways, or both.
No judgement, but the spiritual facts are that the use of psychedelics also can open portals to some pretty dark realms if it's not done with extreme care. IMO (and from experience both mine and others'), best to use them under supervision of an experienced shaman or practitioner who can hold sacred space and deal with entities, until and unless a certain level of spiritual protection mastery has been achieved. Even then, there is nowhere you can get with substances that you can't achieve with the mind alone; in attaining that level of mastery you may find you don't need and/or want them anymore.
It's good to remember the Law of Polarity: everything has a negative side and a positive side. The only way to truly heal is to integrate the shadow. Snake can be a VERY powerful ally in shadow work. But you need to really hold yourself to the light first, and also hold Snake to the light and really realize the Light side of this power animal in order to become strong enough to deeply love and integrate these shadow energies. (In so doing you will be healing not only yourself but also Snake spirit and the Earth to which it is so connected.)
One thing that can be really helpful is to connect first with Eagle and/or Phoenix and/or Thunderbird, all of which hold an ascended harmonic of the Serpent energy. Also your angelic team.
Hope this helps, and do consider reaching out (to me or another practitioner who can help with entities) should you feel guided to receive support in this matter.
@@ArtofAwakening what a lovely and comprehensive reply, coincidentally the team i coach for has phoenix emblem! Im not sure how to connect with the phoenix further? I've researched a lot of ancient scriptures and from all over the globe they seem to symbolise the snake, the eagle and the owl, especially with kundalini awakening. Was a frightening time when I wrote this as at the time, i was unconscious, but i have more a feeling that it was there at a time of immense time of fear, which again points to protection, however the annunaki/archon angle is also highly possible. The spiritual path isn't always clear and sometimes discernment is very difficult.
@bendenton580 so true. Fear opens one up to all sorts of attack. Good to work on strengthening root and solar chakras as well as general clearing and shielding and prayer.
As for connecting with Phoenix, all kinds of ways. You can meditate on him with your mind, create phoenix-themed art, look for guided meditations on Phoenix, etc. Or you can set out a little bit of food as a gift to him and speak to him out loud or in your mind, asking him to be your ally. Not prayer, just speaking to the Phoenix spirit as a helper being.
Good day I saw a snake yesterday a small one, so I treat it with respect and love and send it off to the side where I want to be hurt but this morning I had a snake in my dream as well, but this snake was huge, but basically seem like it was my friend. I had an imaginary mentor rattlesnake that served as my spirit guide in my earliest memories up to age of 4. He coiled up and hissed at me When I did things wrong. He was very intense and scary. I never thought about him until I saw him in a dream 25 years now later.

I was driving over a bridge during the day, and saw a bright yellow and white snake crossing going left. I went over it but did not run it over. I was afraid to kill it and was glad I didn’t run over it. What does this mean?
I was doing a guide meadtion and was trying to contact with my spirit team but as I was I had a vision of a big long thick snake cross pass me please help me understand what do this mean I'm quite scared of any kind of snake
So sorry for the delayed response, Amanda. Something like that could have any of a number of meanings. It could just be some kind of spiritual interference trying to trip you up and get you off balance. Or it could be a legit spirit animal coming in to assist you.
Keep in mind that typically where there's an animal we're really scared of it means it's likely a shadow totem - and if so there's deep healing medicine there for you. Shadow totems can help to shed light on the "shadow side" of your self - those parts that have been repressed that our ego doesn't want us to see. It is not always easy to work with them but in actuality doing so can be incredibly healing.
I know it's been a while - hopefully you will already have your answer! But if you don't, consider asking about it in meditation and/or exploring it in creative work like journaling or art. If that doesn't do it for you and you are feeling called to go deeper with guidance I do offer spiritual sessions and readings that can help to shed light on this kind of thing. Something about snake resonates with you - there is medicine for you there. If you choose to spend time with snake and pay attention to it energy and what it has to teach it can help you heal. Look for patterns within your life and see how snake speaks to them.

Recently I am noticing small baby snakes. Initially I ignored but noticing it ver often . Few months ago I had dreams of snake not attacking but just passing by. Does this mean anything. Soo confused
If they are coming strongly into your consciousness then yes, there is meaning there should you wish to pursue it. Spirit is trying to catch your attention through Snake. Keep asking Spirit for clarity and you will receive the understanding you seek!

Very interesting. Where are you from? Wearing an animal's image as an ornament is one way to honor the spirit of the animal and to bring that energy into your personal aura.

There is a LOT of serpent energy in the ethers right now. It can be powerful ascension energy but needs to be used in alignment with higher self. An activated heart chakra is essential. I see a serpent spirit any time im in water, it terrifies me but always finds me. What do i do to communicate with this spirit?
It is always your choice whether you want to enter into relationship with any spirit. One option is to simply tell it to pack sand and leave you alone, if you feel like it's a dark spirit that's not there for your best interest.
Otherwise if you feel that it's got medicine for you, I would suggest starting with calling your protector spirit(s) around you - ancestors, angels, guardian angels, any protector totems, etc as well as Source Light. Create sacred, protected space and call it into that space. Let it know it will be safe there and also let it be known that fear has no hold on you and that it cannot do you any harm.
Bring yourself into your heart space (try placing your hand on your heart and/or breathing in and out of your heart), and imagine yourself radiating Light. Then you can dialogue with it in any way that feels right to you - try journalling, or just speaking with it in your mind. Be firm yet compassionate. Ask it what it has to tell you, what it wants, etc. You may need to be patient and just hold space for it for a while, but it will likely start to converse with you in some way - the answers may come as thoughts, ideas, words, feelings, images, etc. You may need one session or several.
You will probably be fine on your own but if you're not comfortable doing it by yourself or if you feel you need assistance interpreting what it's trying to say you can always ask me or another spiritual practitioner that you resonate with to assist. Good luck! ❤

Thanks for the really neat video! Had a snake pop up for the first time in a dream ever, a massive yellow anaconda lowered itself from a tree as me and a friend were walking into this dense tropical forest. I turned around immediately and said "nope, nope, nope!" And the dream ended as my friend continued forward directly towards it. I was worried for him before, but now I suppose I have more research to do.
