Glad to see your videos on my feed. I wasnt seeing them for months! I have a question: when did you create a new/separate bank account for your business? Could you make a video that details some of those financial milestones you've experienced? Nothing too in-depth, but do you handle your own taxes? What software do you use? Do you hire out? I feel like the next move in my journey includes this step of separating finances and it is always nice to hear how others have approached it!
So sorry for my late reply, I opened by business bank account after the first year just to keep things separate. Will definitely add this to future video ideas, thank you!!

I have a question. Will it take as long each time you place an order with your production team/company every time you make an order, or is it a one off.
I know I can't believe it's almost here! Once I get the first order through it will be a much faster turnaround time (hopefully). I'm sure I will still have bumps along the way but the first order is always the hardest.

Congratulations on your upcoming launch. I was wondering moving forward, how long will it take for you to get your products for seasonal changes? How far in advance do you have to order from your manufacturer? It all seems so scary. I would feel like I am losing control of my business.
Thank you!! There are many factors I will have to manage. If I have containers ready to go it won't take long for production, but ordering my jars from overseas is about a 5 month lead time. I always loved the quote "if your dreams don't scare you, they're too small" at least that's what I keep telling myself!

While I completely understand about not wanting to share suppliers or manufacturers you worked so hard to find, HOW you looked for them would be extremely helpful to others without giving your secrets away. Like good keywords to goggle, things to look for when you are looking for manufacturers with low MOQs, ect. I think that could be very helpful to get ppl going in the right direction especially when most probably have zero experience in looking for this option. Either way I look forward to enjoying more videos from you in your new adventure!

Thank you! The name is a made up word, I just wanted something feminine and pretty sounding and it was NOT easy to find that. It's been lovely spending time with my parents, hopefully I can keep doing it once the new brand launches.

Not so much a comment, but a question: I could feel your pain, frustration, worry through the toughest of years........ I just wonder why trademark was so important? There must be a good reason that I just don't know. You certainly deserve all the future success you get and I wish you well.
Thank you!! I can add this to a future video as I got a few follow up questions from others too. But in short, I wanted to trademark to protect myself and the brand I'm working so hard to build.
As a fellow business owner who has been researching and losing money when the manufacturer’s products did not meet or exceed my expectations, that info and time is not free.
I don’t think those who may be new in business understand the time and effort it takes to find “your people”
Bottom line is, they have to do the same and they should understand that
Yes I totally agree, it's not only a time investment but financial. It seems like most people understand that but sadly too many people get into business thinking others will give them the playbook to success. It's just not how it works!

Your heart is in the right place, but you should realize that far more animals are killed to protect the crops for your vegan diet than would die if you were on a carnivore diet. Plus, there are key nutrients that the body requires for proper functioning and health that are only available from animal foods. Not to mention that plants experience pain and fear, too. In order to fully be of service to this world we must nourish ourselves properly and with respect and thanks for the plants and animals who give themselves to us. Choosing animal products that are raised properly or are harvedted from the wild is an important piece. Research it. Don't just cling to an idea because it feels good to your heart, do the research to fully understand the stance you are taking, as well as, the alternate viewpoints. You will only come out wiser for your efforts. 💕
