First in Flight is a push-your-luck, deck-building game about the race to early flight. Players take on the roles of the Wright Brothers, Samuel Langley, and other flight pioneers, racing to build and pilot the “flyers” that preceded modern airplanes.
Each player’s flyer design is represented by a deck of cards that they can steadily improve and refine, and which may include unknown design flaws that threaten their success.

Thank you for the great review! What a cute game. I really love the idea behind it. It feels rather fast moving. I like the becoming famous aspect. Upgrading your plane is also interesting. I feel like the theming is well done and consistent. All in all a super fun game. My only complaint is the meeples. To me they don't look like planes, they look a little chunky to me. They could have done really cool meeples for this. Other than that...I really like the game play.
