You know I always find it funny when people say that. Ramsey knew where Rickon was heading. No matter how much he zig zagged, he knew that John was his end goal and where he’d end up so he knew where to put the final arrow

+Jo Dus glad to hear it! Its a shame I only got to know him from got. I really hope the show helps him gain bigger and better gigs. I feel like he deserves it. The way he plays Roose (sp?) on the show is so great. More fearful villain than Ramsay by lightyears (at least on the show)...just from the way he plays him...such a subtle performance but comes across very menacing and powerful. Kind of reminds me of Ralph Ineson. Another actor I wish got a lot more gigs +recognition.

rogersevers123 Yeah season 8 was ass but the deaths of Theon, Jorah and the Hound were still pretty sad. The whole armour thing is a mistake that has been made time and time again in GoT.

Funny story, in the books Theon isn't the first Reek. Reek was actually a childhood friend of Ramsay's, think a really messed up Bart Simpson and Milhouse relationship. The end of season 2 plays out a bit differently to the second book, A Clash of Kings. Ramsay is actually in book 2. There is a dispute over the newly widowed Lady Hornwood, Ramsay intervenes, kidnaps and forces her to marry him. Rodrick of course goes to sort everything out, captures both Ramsay and Reek 1. He kills who he thinks is Ramsay, but who is actually Reek 1. Ramsay switches clothes with Reek 1, allowing him to survive while Reek dies. Rodrick then brings Ramsay disguised as Reek back to Winterfell as a witness and prisoner. When Theon takes Winterfell Ramsay similarly to what Osha tries to do, pledges to Theon. Theon releases Ramsay, who claims he can bring reinforcements from the Dreadfort. At the end of the book when the Northern forces are outside the castle, Theon is considering surrender and joining the Nights Watch, believing Ramsay (who he thinks is Reek) betrayed him. Ramsay actually makes good on his promise and brings the Dreadfort forces killing what remains of Rodrick's men (Rodrick isn't actually executed by Theon in the book). Theon is ecstatic that Ramsay made good on his word. It's in this final Theon chapter of ACOK that Ramsay reveals his identity to Theon, knocks him out and sacks the castle. All of the torture is 'off screen' as it where. We don't see Theon or Ramsay at all for the entirety of A Storm of Swords or A Feast for Crows. When we get to book 5, A Dance with Dragons. We read a chapter titled "Reek".
in spelling but not in the way Rheon is pronounced do to being Welsh which is pronounced somewhat like crayon. there was an interview on the way Iwan pronounced his name.
I'm that person who feels SO relieved seeing these guys smile and laugh together. The torture of poor Theon (who I hated when he betrayed the Starks but eventually I realized he just needed approval and the sense of belonging) was too much for me. It was difficult and at some point even impossible to watch. Poor boy.
The torture was horrendous, but the submissive Reek afterwards was really fascinating.

One of favourite actors on GOT, Alfie Allen captures the whole dynamic arc of Theon’s Character so well, I forget he’s acting sometimes.
Alfie is an amazing actor especially when he played reek pretending to be Theon. It was one of the best performances ever in TV history.
Alfie Allen does a really good jobbed playing a tortured human.

It was really weird for me to go on a game of thrones marathon (it had 3 seasons out at the time) after binge watching misfits and seeing him go from precious Simon to Ramsay

If he captured Sansa I expect he would keep her more tightly locked away and punish her a bit, but still keep her in tact as his wife. I don't have much of an idea of what he would decide to do to/with Reek though.

I was so traumatized by what Ramzy did to Theon to the point it makes anxious to see them again.
They played the characters so well that their scenes are the ones I looked forward to the most. Love Theon journey the most, eventually dying to protect winterfell his real family and home that’s the only ending they did WELL in my opinion
