Overall Chi Chi is a kind soul, but yall have to realize is she gets frustrated when Goku doesn't work because she wants Gohan to study in a good school, in other countries education not free. Her attitude changed when Goku's actions were affecting their child. I find reasonable that she gets mad at him, the issue is how the animes have been portraying her attitude. I adore Chichi when she was calmly mad at Goku when they kissed during the cell saga, she was upset and yelled at him but gave Goku a calm answer that Gohan will need to continue his education after their fight against cell. Also I find Goku in Super a little annoying, like Goku may be innocent but hes not stupid, writing is important y'all.
