I've been into the 510, 720, D series, A60
For a long time, doing hobby fabrication just finishing up a titan to manual swap.
Thanks for showing this and the insight behind the blocks. I wish I could meet some of these people to gain more knowledge

You’re referring to the drive. They just came and took the info from their for sale post without their permission and posted it and even incorrectly typed up
Information during the process. These guys never really went over any exact specs. They were referring to differently tested RPMs that were documented which varied across the board.
@@Caito-garage Understood. I am thinking there is only so many HP available from 3.5 litres without a turbo or super charger.
My experience with small displacement V8s is extensive and they are often overlooked and underrated by those seeking monster cubic inches/hp.
We know an engine built for racing needs to be smooth at high rpms and sustainably durable which are all in a small displacement V8s wheelhouse.
So the question is what kind of extra horsepower comes between 6000 - 8000 rpm?
Is it possible that its 450 real hp at the wheels while naturally asperated and the 800 hp is what's possible with some help?
Additionally we know a 4.3 litre SBC V8 has monster torque at low rpms and I am wondering if the Nissan engine has similar torque potential and would be a racing advantage too?
In any case I was drooling over this engine even with 450 real horses having built 4.3 litre SBCs with 350 legitimate hp engines and knowing what it takes to even get to that level.

Any updates on the specs of this would be appreciated.

Thank you Blain. I appreciate the kind words. I’ll see if I can find out some more information on the engines for you. I know a guy that has purchased one and I’m not sure the extent he is going to go into the build but I’m going to ask to keep me updated on it. You would think with the forged internals and relatively low compression being 10.5:1 you could run a bit of boost through it safely and make some great numbers.
I actually have a good bit of footage on some more engines in his shop and I’ll try to put something together for you here soon.
I’ll also go through the rest of my footage and see if they talked more about these specific Nissan engines.
