no strawbs or moody blues I believe on Decca?
Always had a soft spot and interest in these obscure UK Psych/Folk/Prog artists, and Decca/Deram had quite a few great artists on their roster who only ever did like one single or album. I like the sort of mystique about it as well. I see Bill Fay is on there, and he had a revival about 10 years ago with new albums that were critically acclaimed. Great songwriter.
Bill Fay is an incredible artist, I agree. Time of the Last Persecution is an all time top album for me.
Looks like this compilation covers much the same ground as the 'Strange Pleasures' box sets that came out on Decca some years ago. A right old mixed bag I would say.
