Killian is just amazing. He finishes and looks like he could do it all over again. Just amazing. I got to watch him when he came to Alaska to run Mt. Marathon. Once we all saw what he could do, it raised everyone's game. That will be his legacy in Mountain Running, he has pushed everyone to raise the bar. I applaud Jim Walmsley for having the courage to push his limits.

Great effort by Jim. Strategic mistake to gain that gap too early. Overall amazing race by all who competed.

Jim did not only build the gap too early, but he was also waaaay too fast in general, considering that Kilian broke the record big time while going "slower". However recovering, pushing through and, getting into the finish as 4th especially under those circumstances is beyond incredible and Jim can be very proud.

so unfortunate that the live feed cameras weren't recorded separately from the stream, quality and bitrate are so low. Hopefully some other films come out in the coming months to give a better picture.
