I think its fake :
1) He says "sir" and theres a woman asking questions,
so theres def some jobless women doing a voice over to ruin this poor mans image
2) also the questioner's voice is too clear for a video call
1) he's making mistakes as he's clearly not good at speaking English
2) The video is recorded by the interviewer that's y the sound is clear. The interviewer might have a better mic, better silence around.

My English is definitely way better than his. But, the confidence with which he answered is simply superb. Look at his answer for what do u see urself in 5 years down the line, I mean, I would've definitely stammered. For the job role he's applying for, I think he's got pretty decent skill set.

On the surface, it appears funny, but I admire this man's confidence and answers. If this video is true, he will probably not get the job because the interviewer is a typical HR goat who probably expects scripted answers in posh English with an urban flavor.
