- In the build-up to the upcoming 2024 National and Provincial General Elections, the EFF Podcast delves into the EFF 2024 Election Manifesto and comprehensively breaks-down each section of the manifesto for the benefit of any potential voter to make an informed decision at the polls. EFF member of Parliament (MP) Commissar Sharon Letlape lays bare the EFF Plan of Action on Education and Research Development.
Amongst other commitments, the EFF government will support and subsidize technological innovation which leads to the development and manufacturing of a South African automobile (car), computer, tablet, phone, and other world-class technological innovations.
Mrs Letlape, While we are at it, Can we give teaching and teachers the respect it deserves. Recognition awards! Some of us are what we are because of a teacher's hard work and inspiration.
South Africa needs change in order to move forward and education is the key to success and knowledge to understand our vision ❤❤✊✊
I like the idea of introducing early childhood developments carriculum
Sharon Letlape 👌🏽
I wish to UP HOLD THE EFF LEADERS ON ALWAYS LISTENING TO THE VOICES and the CRYZ of these who came before US.Becource the EFF is HERE through LEADERS who LISTENED to those VOICES as guidelines. As the PRESIDENT of the EFF said in MAMA WINNIE MANDELA'S funeral (MAMA GIVE US THE SIGNAL) then the movement SHALL WIN THE fight MORE.
We see pleasant future ahead of Sharon,,
Keep on standing up for the poor Sharon,
May Allah bless the young beyond beautiful lady
I will repeat this every time I get a chance. you can never listen to any EFF member and never be amazed.
I agree with you 💯
We are bamboozled 😅 Leadership is supposed to give and inspire hope. Let's all lead by example in our spaces and the rest will fall into place....
Exactly 💯 each an every member of the organisation is
Crème de la crème.
There's something so beautiful about watching your vote doing the real work on your behalf. Sesithembe nina fighters.
Guys ... As a sensible human being ... education is the mother of all professions ... as it is only with professions even professionals that all countries can and have developed ... It Begins With Education ... RISE-UP SA ...
Sharon is a powerful lady.. she has realy explained decolonised education in its entirety
Am coming to SA on Malema the inaguration day... Kenya is happy
You so welcome
I applaud the EFF for it's policy on education. We need good, equal and quality education for all. The current curriculum in government schools must be changed and teaching methodology must be evaluated annually to meet the demands of a changing world. Few black people can afford private schools and many sacrifice financially to take their kids to private schools. Education is a tool to be used to liberate our minds from colonial and slave mentality.
Sign language must also be compulsory. The deaf are marginalized😢
Our very own Commissar Sharon Letlape ✊🏽🖤💚❤

She has clarified "decolonize education" very easy
We are living in a simple world made complex by Capitalism. The endless pursuit of happiness, money, comfort, convenience...A decolonized mind is enemy #1 of this system.

No drama, no controversy, no spicy public apologies, no toxic Feminism, no nonsense... Just focus and work... Kudos sister Sharon, our little daughters have a role model and a mentor in you.
This are the kind of woman that must be at the forefront in confronting issues of national importance. She is very clear on issues ,eloquent and proper on charging the way forward for economic freedom in our lifetime.
Love from Sweden
An Uber driver once told me "An unemployed graduate is like parrafin stove that is filled with fuel and its just waiting for the flame to light it up."
Where as, the one who is not a graduate is an empty stove that goes around trying to steal others flames for their own - thinking that it will somehow sustain the flame.
❤, excellent articulation of eff master plan. 2024 our 1994.
The "nuts and bolts" conversation.... We are here for it ✊🏿 we are definitely heading into uncharted territories.... #Class-of-76✊🏿
Hope this criminalisation doesn’t include home school parents.
My youngest one doesn't know a classroom door... 😂 I need to break this need to her soon 😢
Same here, I have 3 boys, all home schooled and doing very well
How does home schooling work?
I am very much interested on that
It must be a criminal offence for a parent not to make sure a child access early childhood education so that the can progress gradually until tertiary education.
Dear SAns please put your X next to EFF on the 29.05.2024 for the betterment of Republic of South Africa.

When EFF starts to talking about history in our African languages to reduce African students fail more because English. More book of all African examples maths must be done in our African language and those choices to do in English do so Education it come home please please please 😢😢😢😢
How can i get a copy of that book?
Viva EFF a luta continua
Vote EFF shame 🙏❤️
I'm inhaling oxygen far away when I see a ring around hers left hand finger🙈
Interesting show. I think there are many issues that she did not cover, on the topic of Research and Development, she was very vague, and probably because of her knowledge on this matter, but also because the presenter himself style of questioning is not properly aligned. Otherwise, oh well.
Hello and if I may ask in south africa we still have citizens who are undocumented like me... Who totally don't even have a chance to education at all... We can't even perchase a tiny simple thing a simcard... How can that be handled
Or how can we be helped
Nobody or no one can survive on $18 per month!!!
Titus! I disagree with you when you say Africa is poor. Africa is not poor but African are poor.
This woman is gorgeous, yikes 😦
We gonna be brain washing here guys 😅
Am I wrong or what, why are our kids still forced to learn Afrikaans?
Why is EFF quiet about that?
We are still in the apartheid. Economic apartheid 😢
Who is forcing? My daughter is doing English and Afrikaans in school, with me is speaking isiZulu and she speaks siSotho with her mother. I believe it is a good thing for the generation we're raising. It is my choice and I am an EFF member.
its one of the main languages of SA
