If you are struggling with locking the brakes then reduce your max pedal force in the car setup.
Lap time in the video is a 1:34.2 (Oreca 07 Gibson LMP2) using the default setup with low fuel and 52:48 brake bias.

I've tried following this guide from my orginal track line but i dont see an improvement in my time im still at 1:41's averages best being 1:40 any advise?

track limits are kerbs then instead of white lines on this track?

Yes that is right, although in a couple spots that I mentioned, it seems like you can't go quite to the outer edge of the kerb.
