Here is a comprehensive guide to building your own wall mounted pressure washer kit with every part and piece to the whole setup with a detailed diagram. www.hawaiidetailing.com/wallmountedpressurewasher Check out my other pressure washer video. czcams.com/video/UFek14zDrVw/video.html
What wrench did you use to connect the kobra jet hose to the cox reel?
Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use czcams.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall. The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.
Thanks. It’s a good one.
Great job on the install! I like the racking system. It gives it a more professional look and gives the owner options later if he wants to add something.
Thanks. The owner really enjoys that kit. Been going strong ever since.
I think taking the time to paint items that clash with the colors in a garage is time well spent. Makes everything peaceful and blend well together.
i agree thanks
Love the setup and the racking system owner installed. Great work and video saved for a future garage project.
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching
I love this setup and want to do it in my garage. I can see the benefit of the racking system so I like it afterwards. Plus it blends the plywood panel in better so you REALLY don't even know it's there
Yea I agree. Thanks for watching
Looks amazing! Simple yet effective 👌
Thanks a lot. Thanks for watching
After racket system, awesome setup
Your set up rocks bro. No wonder others want to duplicate it. The racking system is ok but I don't love it. I can see things getting in the way in such a tight corner. Thanks for the content. Keep it coming!! 👍
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Thanks for watching
Wow, love it! All it needs now is the deionized water system. Thanks!
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the video
Great job. Gives me some ideas for my setup. I like the finished product with the racking system.
Thanks. I think it turned out nice. He is very happy and uses it all the time.
Great Job!! Racking system works great if you can use shelves to place detail cleaners etc on them
Thanks for commenting. Yeah that his plan.
Sweet, and the racking system is right too, need it for the cleaning supplies to maintain that sanitary look.
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Thanks for watching
Definitely after. Looks for customized and clean.
Thanks for sharing.
Nice job, very neat. I do like the racking system.
Thanks alot. Glad you liked it.
That looks awesome! Great job man!
Thanks a lot. Appreciate the support.
the racking system was a nice extra touch at the end
Thanks for commenting.
Well done! Some great ideas. I like it with the racking system. Would actually put panels on top for a more finished look.
Glad you like it. Yeah good idea. Thanks for commenting.
looks good after installing the rack system.. great work
Thanks 👍
Very nice setup and video! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks
You are the man! Love everything!
Thanks a lot.
Excellent step-by-step set-up...and it looks fantastic...!!! I Love the drywall mud and repainting the Karcher and Rigid faces to match... EXCELLENT attention to detail. The pre-planning with board layout is also a fabulous way to make things work. Very well thought out, now I need to stop typing and start doing...! ;-)
Yeah for sure. You can do it. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks for watching
@@HawaiiDetailing What paint did you use on the Karcher and Rigid?
@@HawaiiDetailing yeah what plastic paint and also how did you deal with the bolts from the reels against the sheetrock wall?
Beautiful system!
Thanks. Appreciate you watching.
Awesome setup i so need this done in my garage
Yeah it really changes the experience of working in the garage. Makes it fun for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you have any questions just let me know.

Awesome setup! Thanks for sharing I like the racking system so I can hang all my cleaning goodies auurriittteee 🤙🏽
Yeah. Was a fun project. Thanks
Great job man!
Thank you! Thanks for watching
Nice clean install. With Slatwall looks better and obviously has more utility. Getting mine together.
Thanks. Keep me posted. I would like to see the results. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Clean setup!!!
Thanks. Was a fun install. Still going strong and they love the rig.
Great project. On attaching the equipment to the plywood, T-Nuts may have worked better as they end up flushed instead of a washer and nut protruding out the back requiring a little extra work to make clearance for them.
Yea I agree thanks for watching and the suggestion. Next time I will definitely look at some low clearance bolts for sure.
T-nuts? I'm going to try to do the same set up
@@iglopez63D yeah they have these prongs that dig into the wood and end up flush. Once you see them, it will make sense. Amazon has some sizes.
Looks great
Thanks
Excellent job

Great job
Thanks a lot and thanks for watching.
Amazing
Thanks
Very nice👍🏻
Thanks
Great work

I used the swivel side of the hose for barrel of the reel. It makes life so much easier. There's no need for a swivel end to the gun since I can always install a swivel joint. Then again, I opted for the sgs28 and never looked back.
Good idea. Thanks
Nice job!! I'm jealous 🤪🤪
Thanks man.
Nice!
Thanks!
Nice setup
Thanks
Clean 🔥🔥
Thanks
Brilliant! Love this set up. Great use of "out of the box" thinking for that plywood option to make it work similar to your own set up. Wish you lived close to me man, i'd have you do an install for me too! I think the rack system is pretty cool too. Gives options on maybe hanging or organizing some detailing products, although me personally, I would rather have all my products out of sight inside the cabinet for a cleaner look. I saw on Pan the Organizer's channel that he had this trick cabinet set up where, when you opened the bottom cabinet, the detailing cart (from the same cabinet company) just rolled out of the cabinet and had all your frequently used detailing products on the cart you could roll around and then when done, push it right back inside the cabinet and close the door! Everything back neat and clean. Love that idea. Really enjoying your videos and ideas. I already got a few new ideas from watching your videos. Just subscribed to your channel also.
Glad you are enjoying the content. Thanks for watching. I like put away and neat also. I keep a few select products on my shelves but everything else is put away.
Wow love the set up I wish there are some ppl can do the set up here in ca
Thanks a lot and thanks for watching.
It's easy enough for you to do yourself.
Super awesome
Thanks for watching.
This looks awesome!
Yeah it a cool setup for sure. Thanks for watching
@@HawaiiDetailing Hi Jeremy, I am doing a similar setup. Where did you get the elbow? Do you have a link?
@@sandro2304 yes the links are in the description. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel.
Like your style...

Good job bro

Awsome
Thanks. Works great. Thanks for watching
That's bad ass! Inspiration tomorrow I'm going to home depot!
Yeah. Do it.
@@HawaiiDetailing already done my guy. Came out fantastic
@@MrNmd9009 great to hear.
That is one sweet set up! love this channel!
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it
@@HawaiiDetailing Keep up the great work. Enjoy the weekend.
@@J1Z06 thanks. You too.
@jay dobbins you're so right!
I'm doing a very similar setup at my home. I was on the fence about what pressure washer to buy.....nope....not anymore!
Nice work I want one
Yeah. Good kit for sure.
Great video and excellent end result. Looking forward to you posting the information on where to purchase some of the products you used.
Thanks a lot.
Here are the links in the description. Sorry for the delay.
Dude, awesome set up, thanks for sharing step by step. Ever consider installing a sink in the garage? Would be amazing to see it.
I have. When I redo my cabinets I may put one in. Thanks for watching the channel
Thanks for showing this and especially for the detailed list of items used. It has been very helpful in getting my own project going. Does the pressure washer get attached to the shelf in any manner?
You are welcome. Mine sits there without moving at all. The install on the video you watched we put a rubber non slip mat under cut to size and it works great. You could mount it to the shelf although I have not found it to be necessary. Thanks for watching
This is awesome really love it come by mine sometime and do one for me so impressed
Hahaha. Thanks and Thanks for watching
Great video. I just got my Cox reel in the mail for my pressure washer hose. What size were the bolts you used to mount it? 1/4” diameter?
Nice job. What about the nuts and bolts on the backside of the plywood?…How were you able to land that on the wall with the bolts sticking thru??
Funny how you and Obsessed are so different doing the same business. Got to admit tho he’s a funny-guy 🤣 ! ( funny how do I amuse you )
Thanks for watching. Yeah I know what you mean.
I love the setup, but the Vac on top of the cabinet, gets to be a problem when you need to dump it, especially for those who might be a little shorter, etc. Generally I think it's better to keep the dirty stuff closer to ground level.
That’s an option also. This was a friends system I installed and he wanted it on top of the cabinet. Thanks for watching
Good point. I’d still take this set up. Pretty bad ass.
@@HawaiiDetailingDo you know what kind of cabinet that is?
i agree with joe van Seeters, man neat and clean is the way to go, however i do like jeremys stainless shelves in his garage with his go to products right there grabable, im a fan of these rack systems but i think these are misplaced, however my opinion may change if i was able to see whats going on in the rest of the garage area. this guys rack placement may just be his best option , i dunno.. hey, still looks sweet though, way better than my current garage setup.
That looks great! The only thing that would annoy me if it was my garage would be the vaccuum cleaner on top of the storage cupboard. I’d probably try to get it inside and just run a wire to the plug instead.
Yeah that was where he wanted it. He really likes it as it’s out of the way and easy to access to clean. Thanks for watching
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 before the rack
Thanks for watching. I appreciate it
Dang I wish I lived near you. Definately could have you do my setup for my pressure washer
Yeah man. Just do it your self. Easy. Thanks for watching
@@HawaiiDetailing thanks sir. Yeah I'm having issues with my McKillians stubby spray gun leaking right now. But eventually someday I will make that awesome setup.
Great setup looking forward for this project. do you know what kind and size of bolts used on studs and what kind of plywood did you use
3/4 plywood and use good heavy garage T bolts with fender washers. Thanks for watching
Awesome. Definitely planning on doing this. Thanks for sharing. One question, what height did the shelf end up at?
I put the reel at a comfortable height for the user and put the shelf above it. I think that’s most important. Thanks for watching
Nice clean job. I like the shelfing board wall addition.
Thanks for commenting & watching.
Another tip would be to use wood, captive nuts from the backside so you don't have the bolts/nuts hanging off the back.
Only reason I'd suggest that is to prefab like you did but on a wall without the open drywall.
Yes I agree. The project started with no open drywall and when the build was almost complete my friend decided to run plumbing and electrical. If you saw my system. I blocked in prior to drywall and was more of a custom finish. Thanks for watching and commenting.
What size wrench are you using to tightening the hose to the cox reel? I watch the video from OG and they’re claiming a 24MM and that sucker is too big.
That's a nice and clean setup man! My only question is did you have to shave off the tips of the bolts that were protruding out of the back of the board when mounting it flush to the wall?
You can use carriage bolts or counter sink the bolts to avoid any issues. We notched the drywall so that they would sit flush as he was never going to take this rig down and if he does it would be a quick drywall repair. Thanks for watching
All right.. 😁
Yeah man. Thanks for watching.
@@HawaiiDetailing My pleasure 👍Love your channel.
Great info. Planning goes a long way in an efficient install. I've seen a video in which two guys fudged up a custom Kranzle wall install, taking several days to complete! At least the video was a good laugh. BTW, why do you prefer to use fender washers? The coxreel manual doesn't specify the type of washer. I just used ones that were slightly larger than the hex head of the bolt. Thanks.
It’s overkill. As long as it does not pull through you are good. Thanks for watching the channel
I like the racking system that’s an awesome set up what does something like that run price wise
Probably about 1200 or so. I would have to add it up to know for sure. Thanks for watching
Awesome job, what type of hose and gun used for the pressure washer?
Thanks for watching. I put links in the description for each item so that you can have a look.
THIS SETP IS VERY NICE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE WIFE LOVES TO WASH HER OWN SUV.
I really like this set up. Thanks.
Where did you get those nice shelves to hold all your bottles that’s nice real nice please advise thank you

i like it . do you have a general idea of the cost to have plumber and electrician come out?
It will vary dramatically based on your site location and also how far away electric and water sources are from the location you want to install.
When your pressure washer dies. You should look at the Ar630 tss (total stop) italian pressure washer.
The AR is a good one. Thanks for watching.
I would like to have a setup like this ( not including the vacuum part). How much would this cost in total?
Any vid on how to spray paint the pressure washer cover plus I have the karcher 1700 with wheels do you prep area or just spray paint ?
Shows me painting it here.
