Mat Ishbia has made an incredible impact on the Suns & the fans in about a year, it’s wild. I was one of the fans who got an antenna & now I can watch every single Suns game!! business owners who put good ideas that benefit consumers & employees first and profit next will always come out on top. much love Mat!!

Can't tell you how grateful I am that he bought the Suns. The dude gets it. Not afraid to make moves. Bringing the games back to local tv was genius. Every time he speaks you can tell he cares.

He is our reward for two decades of the worst owner in the NBA with Sarver. He keeps catching W's. First day on the job he gets Durant, he put every Suns game on local TV and then gave out free antennas to anyone in the state that didn't have one, just secured us a G league team and he spends money. He is owner that every basketball fan would want

EDIT: To Stephen Rose, who commented earlier thinking that I somehow had beef with Mat Ishbia (which is a laughable notion, to say the least), I did not. The asterisk in mind was clearly meant to help correct you out in saying Robert Sarver was one of the worst owners in the NBA since there were guys like Donald Sterling, James Dolan, Jerry Reinsdorf, and Glen Taylor that were just as bad, if not worst at points as Robert was. I don't know where the idea of me dissing Mat came from with my asterisk bit, but that was clearly not my intention in the slightest.
@@crazyluigi6664 I got you. I don't know why I read it the way I did. I think Sarver was actually the "poorest" owner which is pretty funny, where as Ishbia is like around the top 5 in wealth lol
@@stephenrose4558 You are correct on that! Though the irony was when Sarver first bought the Suns, he bought it at a record-high $401 million at the time.

Suns fan here, LOVE this guy, wish he bought the team years ago, but has done more in a year for this franchise and state than Sarver did in his entire time here. This guy just gets me hyped every time I hear him speak! He’s so into it!

Suns fan here for years it has never been more exciting to have Mat as the owner of this team. Winning a championship is not easy but at least they are commited to copete and hope that chips fall in the right place this year or next or the next.

It’s great to have such a great owner after our Suns fans suffered for so many years. I don’t know money can buy champions bc I’d seen Nets did the same thing but didn’t go well when they sold the team to the Russian guy.

The Phoenix jinx has already hit Ishbia last season with the series loss against Denver. Is ishbia with Booker (best ever owner, best ever draft pick) enough to finally break the half century jinx.
I'm conditioned to watch the Suns fail every season since the mid eighties, I'm still not convinced.
Show me and other long suffering Suns fans that the jinx will be lifted next June, or by the following June. Just one Chip to finally get started as a championship winning franchise, after a lifetime of being jinxed.

I've seen the Suns get eliminated, or fail to make the playoffs for over forty years in a row. There's no clear reason that can explain the jinx.

A poverty franchise is Charlotte, New Orleans, and Sacramento. The Suns are a top 6 winning percentage team in NBA history. They don’t have a chip but hardly a poverty franchise when there’s consistent success over 50 years season after season. Top 6 so 🤫

As a Suns fan I didn’t love the KD trade. However, he went for it and that’s commendable. I wish the trade worked out better but he’s going for it and got to respect that. The Suns were so bad under Sarver and only good for 6 years cause we had young talent and signed Nash when Sarver bought the team. Clear upgrade whether the moves he makes work or not
i said this the day after the trade. worst trade ever. suns was already a finals team. use them 4 picks and cp3/ayton. suns couldve got dame and a player from the raptors to add with the core of booker mikal cam
