Just a heads up on your vacuum pump, when you turn your pump off with the pot under pressure, you must close off the valve going to the pressure pump because if you don't and you leave the pressure on the hose, it will break the seal in your pump and pull oil into your pressure tank.

Vacuum pulls the air out, it does not pull the product in, until you turn the vacuum off. Plus unless the rocks are fully submerged your going to pull air back in rather than the resin. Having said that, you are sucking in Part A only, then hoping the Part B from your final coat will mix with the penetrated Part A.
You should really read the instructions for the product again, this is not how they recommend it’s done. Your mixing the two parts at the end and placing in an oven is the only part that is stabilising the rock.

I use a heat pad under the vacuum chamber to get the opticon heat to 150 degrees. I let it sit over night. It gets into the tight fractures in clear crystal. Just wondering if you have heard this method? That drip looked like condensation.

I either put my container with resin in a bigger container or just use aluminum foil to make a little container. If you get resin in your vacuum pot it is very hard to clean. If you use the pot with different chemicals for different tasks it must be clean.

To me, it appears you can skip a few steps and just vacuum seal with the hardner and skip the first step all together.
