Man...That was amazing for both AoE & TLK, I also would imagine for the next batch of Autobots in an upcoming "What if" Movie to be (aside from Hot Rod): Ultra Magnus, Kup, Slinger, Sunstreaker (Sideswipe's Twin), Prowl & Powerglide
Such a great improvement on the actual movie. Here’s some of my immediate thoughts on a few things - In the opening with Optimus, I always believed that when he flew from earth, he was making a direct beeline to Cybertron and went into stasis mode to conserve his energy and let the momentum carry him, which is why his message is playing on loop while he’s drifting in space - Transformers in WW2 is an interesting concept, but I just think it doesn’t really work with the established canon of the Bayverse. It would be a great movie in its own, just not randomly slapped on in the fifth movie of this franchise - I love having Nemesis Prime being more present in the story. Makes it way more fleshed out and justified - Windblade is a way more compelling female character than the little girl who I can’t remember the name of. She’s calm, collected, has a cool design, and actually has relevance to the story. - Taking out the Talisman that latches onto Cade is a smart choice. It gets irritating having humans always be integral to Transformer conflict. Same with taking out the whole Merlin plot line and generic romantic subplot that adds nothing to the real plot - I am a bit confused about how both Drift and Windblade could be previous knights but Optimus is “the last knight”. The best answer I can think of is that Drift and Windblade are no longer active knights (like how Cere wasn’t a Jedi in Fallen Order) - Glad you also cut out the Decepicon prisoners. The concept of Decepticons being held in prisons at all while the military is actively hunting down and killing Autobots is ridiculous. - Personally, I still don’t like Bumblebee randomly getting his voice back. It’s incredibly inconsistent throughout the entire franchise and having him randomly get it back to snap Optimus out of the brainwashing feels less impactful and more confusing. The recording of a past moment between Bee and Optimus already does a great job at helping Optimus snap out of it. - Also glad you took out Bee’s random ability to disassemble and reassemble that comes out of nowhere and only exists so Nemesis can break him apart with no consequences - The G1 Transformium Transformers is brilliant and having Quintessa give them sentience is a solid touch. Really shows how the humans keep making problems and crawling back to the Autobots for help every time they turn against them. - And it’s a great ending to have the Autobots finally leave. It’s a bittersweet ending, but it’s the only choice after the humans regularly turn against the autobots after everything they’ve done. The bots have lost so much protecting humans, and all they get in return is more death. If the humans really want the autobots gone that much, fine. - I do feel that Optimus should sacrifice himself to destroy Unicron. It would be fitting for his arc, make the battle itself have more impact, and it would add to the bittersweet end of it all.
I like this a lot but I would make a few major changes. Since there is so much going on here, I would split it into two movies and have the arc of Optimus stretch over a trilogy. AOE is Optimus coming to terms with the fact that he failed and didn't protect the lives of humans or Cybertronians. TLK part one would focus on the betrayal of Optimus and have him as Nemesis for the entire movie. TLK part two would be Optimus going through his realization that he did in this rewrite. That way we develop the whole turning evil thing.
If Bumblebee fought in WW2 the army would've kept records and sector 7 would not have been as aggressive towards Bee's capture or maybe not capture him at all because of his actions for the allies but aside from that you certainly presented a better story than Bay did for TF 5.
"You need to be that Autobot again!" implying that WW2 was when Bumblebee was a ruthless, efficient soldier, and not the literal millennia of combat experience before Earth. Jabs aside, I really enjoyed your revised plots for both of the last TF movies :)
The one thing i would like to change is the ending. Since this is the last movie of this series, i was thinking that since optimus is like a spec to Unicron, he would have to sacrifice himself and the power of matrix of leadership to kill Unicron. Optimus dies, Unicron dies, Autobots rebuild Cybertron, the KSI project is scrapped by the military boys, happy ending
This is really good and feel if we had this as the movie the bayverse could’ve had a satisfying ending (Note I think a good name for super prime could be Matrix Power Optimus Prime)

Good job also the only reason why I thought that Galvatron could fight like janemba mostly because the way how they can both transform into cubes but at the very same time, wind blade and Galvatron they both could have kept up with each other when Blake being a night on the Galvatron have a good speed

Not a fan of Optimus getting the Super armor and banishing Unicron just like that. Seems too much like a deux ex machina to me. Perhaps Unicron could be in the 6th movie to cap off the whole saga, with Optimus leaving afterwards and leaving things to Hot Rod as you had planned
IMO to keep the Transformers serving in WW2 while making the plot of Bayformers 1 relevant. We can say that the reasons in Bayformers 1 the Autobots and Decepticon arrived at Earth in protoforms is because: After WW2 the Decepticons who served the Axis all rage quit and leave earth, snce the Axis loses the War, the Decepticons decided not to side with humans anymore to achieve their goals, as they think humans are ignorrant, arrogant and cocky dumb meat creature that used them. The Autobots in the other hand, they're fine with human but they only there to stop The Decepticons from taking over Earth and settle their Cybertronians War. Meanwhile, The Autobots and some surrendered Decepticons/Neutral-bots helping humans to rebuilt Earth after WW2. Some of the Autobots like Optimus and his crew follows the Decepticon to pursuit them and to stop them from arriving to Cybertron and took control, which again caused them to be war with each other. Some in Cybertron and some at the Dark Side of the Moon (Sentinel Prime's Autobot Division [which includes Jetfire] VS The Fallen Decepticon Division [includes Starscream, Blackout, Barricade, Devastator and Bonecrusher]) and other part of the Galaxy. Megatron was stopped by Optimus and Bumblebee before able to make it to the moon. Megatron then crash land in the Artic, pretend to be dead and cut all ties with the outside world. But in reality he's into stasis mode waiting the right time to wake up once the Autobot fully left earth, the Fallen and Deceptions knew this but not the Autobots. Optimus and the Autobot Crew, which consist of Jazz, Ratchet, Ironhide then left Earth. Leaving Bumblebee at Earth to scout and help other Autobots (While being observed and allied with Sector 7) to hunt down the decepticon until Cold War. The Space Race between USA (CIA and Sec-7) and USSR (KGB) took place for 1 reason: To retrive the Transformers, and possibly the CUBE to arm their county and be the dominant power across the globe. During this Era, all the Autobots left earth to assist other Autobots at the other part of the galaxy, or Cybertron. For the Moon, both Snetinel's and The Fallen Divisions shut down and go radio silence at the moon during March 1946 because of Geomagnetic storm of March 1946 (Bumblebee was NOT fully affected by this since he's on Earth so it's not as severe at those on the Moon) Now in this timeline, Cold War started because USA trying to stop USSR to gain Global Power and to prevent the USSR intelligence to scavange and retrive the Transformers and the Cybertronian technology at the Moon whule being the first one to do so. Which caused Bumblebee to be skeptical to CIA and Sec-7. Fast forward a couple of years later after cold war, Bumblebee was tasked to find the Witwicky's Decendents for the glasses while disobeying Sec-7 rules. As Bumblebee is a bit of a rebellious soldier after being skeptical with the CIA and Sec-7 during the whole period of Cold War. Plus Bumblebee attitude is more of "I only listen and answer to Optimus Prime, my leader, not the humans or Sec-7!". To explain why Bumblebee suck in Car form for awhile until he met Sam is because he's hiding from Sec-7 and The Decepticons, where he fought Barricade before and loses his voice box and almost got his ass whooped, he then ran away, hiding while trying to find the Witwicky's Decendents after knowing there's also some group of Deceptions also searching for Witwicky's Decendents who owns the Glasses, where evantually he ended up stalking and then met Sam at the Bobby Car Shop. (This is more to Bayverse Transformers plot, not Travis Knight Transformers: Bumblebee sequel plot)
This is way better I like quintessa's motive and how powerful she is I like the idea of Quintessa taking advantage of Optimus, but I'd prefer if quintessa turned him into nemesis via dark energon instead of slapping him like my mom does when i talk back at her, dark energon can be used to corrupt but also making them a dominate force making them legit powerful in strength and firepower and turn them aggressive. I know drift is dead in your version but if he were alive he would've known about it and tells his back story about when he and his buddy used to work for the decepticons they forced his friend to use dark energon as an experiment but drift had to kill him to spare his friend and them he realize how truly messed up the deceptcons are which is why he became an autobot. I'd also like to have a scene where lennox finds out the the prototypes used to be the people he fight and that makes lennox look like a dick The galavatron Janemba fight is something i wanted to happen in the movie but also with a dab of T-1000 since he can morph and shift his body I also like the idea of Megatron still lurking in the galvatron prototype but is trying to fight for control. NGL I'd have the Dinobots be with drift and crosshairs because like you said Drift knows and respects them and Crosshairs wants to tame them but drift says they're not just beast. and when nemesis shows up to retrieve the seed from crosshairs's autobots/dinobots. Evac who is a big fan of prime tries to greet himself but gets shoved or tossed aside. Crosshairs seeing wanting to know what's going on, nemesis is about to shoot crosshairs but drift throws a car door blocking the bullets, drift jumps in front of crosshairs telling him that's not optimus (i could go into detail about this but it'' be long) the dinobots attack but nemesis beats the dog water out of the dinobots leaving chip tooth and having one of the horns ripped off, FF bee's team arrive with crosshairs loosing an arm, drift being imapled (but not dead), dinobots badly beaten.
Yeah I think it’s a definite inprovement, but I do think the ww2 stuff should just be scrapped as it adds nothing to the story over all. Also I think I would be more interesting if it was sound blaster instead of sound wave, to better fit with Galvatron
We need a 6th one because this is getting real good also it would be awesome if you use the stunticons because we don’t really see much of them in the bayformers

nah paramount decided it was a lost cause, even before the last knight finished production, which is why the bumblebee reboot movie came out only a year later to start the transformers franchise from a clean slate

Super Optimus Prime sounds badass. Megatron remaining as Galvatron is what could’ve been kept for the movie. Windblade would definitely be the main female role, while being the first time they had female Autobots involved. The next movies with those kids, Rodimus, & the Maximals would expand the lore.

pretty solid rewrite on its own but a bit underwhelming how unicron is taken out so quickly without much hype or buildup to it. also the transformium guys kinda come outta nowhere and i much prefer the ragtag group of cons megatron gathered up in the original film.

Didn’t the last knight refer to Cade??? He’s the last knight chosen after King Arthur. Optimus was a knight but there was like 10 other knights alive there! The prophecy was that one day a Knight would be bestowed the Talisman and become chosen.
What a great synopsis for a TLK fix. Well done!!! Although we enjoyed TLK, the ending of the film was not good, it left to many story threads unfinished and was disappointing.
Honestly the main thing that I always wanted ever since I saw the dinobots in the age of extinction trailer was to see Volcanicus since he barely shows up in anything now really, but also he's way too strong to warrant needing him since half of the dinobots can already take on a combiner alone, so really hoping if they do make rise of unicron he gets to be in it
Fixing Transformers: The Last Knight is so simple! All you need are Less Dumb Humor (Less Stupid Humor), Consistent Aspect Ratios (Fixed Aspect Ratio), and Includes Deleted Shots and Dialogue (Deleted/Extended Scenes).
something i always wanted in the live action movies was more combiners, so i always kinda wished megatron/galvatron's team in TLK was a team like the combaticons. i think bruticus would be a fuckin fire thing for the final fight, plus the military combat vehicles they transform into could fit pretty well
6:50 another cool thing would be if he was talking about optimus but he had built a deadly reputation without anyone knowing he was actually Optimus, and it was a huge reveal when he shows up that it’s actually him

nah paramount decided it was a lost cause, even before the last knight finished production, which is why the bumblebee reboot movie came out only a year later to start the transformers franchise from a clean slate
the reason why bumblebee became in charge after aoe was because he was an og member of the autobots

Not having megatron fighting nemesis prime is such a missed opertunity.
Super Optimus Prime sounds badass. Megatron remaining as Galvatron is what could’ve been kept for the movie. Windblade would definitely be the main female role, while being the first time they had female Autobots involved. The next movies with those kids, Rodimus, & the Maximals would expand the lore.

pretty solid rewrite on its own but a bit underwhelming how unicron is taken out so quickly without much hype or buildup to it. also the transformium guys kinda come outta nowhere and i much prefer the ragtag group of cons megatron gathered up in the original film.

Didn’t the last knight refer to Cade??? He’s the last knight chosen after King Arthur. Optimus was a knight but there was like 10 other knights alive there! The prophecy was that one day a Knight would be bestowed the Talisman and become chosen.

Honestly the main thing that I always wanted ever since I saw the dinobots in the age of extinction trailer was to see Volcanicus since he barely shows up in anything now really, but also he's way too strong to warrant needing him since half of the dinobots can already take on a combiner alone, so really hoping if they do make rise of unicron he gets to be in it
Fixing Transformers: The Last Knight is so simple! All you need are Less Dumb Humor (Less Stupid Humor), Consistent Aspect Ratios (Fixed Aspect Ratio), and Includes Deleted Shots and Dialogue (Deleted/Extended Scenes).
Where is drift?
You have no idea how satisfying it was to see TLK being fixed like this! Also, the inclusion of Hot Rod, Windblade, AND Evac, it's genius!
