- Hey everyone. This week I'm making Homemade Pizza with my husband Louie. We love love love cooking together, and he makes the best pizza, so I thought this would be a perfect recipe for you to follow along with at home.
Pizza can seem complicated to make especially making fresh dough from scratch, but it's really simple and a lot of fun to cook at home with your friends and family.

Ingredients-
Bread flour for shaping the dough
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for rising
1 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
4 ½ cups bread flour, as needed
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 ounces grated mozzarella
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Luis is just an awesome person. He treats Tre and the girls like queens. His sons are amazing ppl as well. They have a wonderful blended family. Blessed.

Teresa, I would love to see a simple gravy recipe. All of your simple, authentic Italian recipes have been a big hit with my husband. I made your steak piaaziola dish last night with a side of white rice and he literally loved it. Keep the recipes coming!
