How many of us can remember listening to this back in the 70's and being so young grooving on it so much and now can really understand how true those words are now 40 years later...where has the time gone huh. Pink Floyd the greatest band of ALL TIME...no comparison, ever.

I saw PinK Floyd live in Portugal some years ago and was the best concert that I ever have seen. But this one in Venice was unforgetable! One of the best bands of the seventy`s
I'm knee deep in cd's and albums bought since the 1970's - 'Dark Side of the Moon' was the best back then and still is today. Music as good as this is unlikely to be ever repeated
@kantucky gilmour in my opinion is the greatest guitarist of all time. he can hit one note, hold it for 9 seconds, put a little bend in it, and send chills up your spine (especially in echoes). no other guitarist has ever played notes in such beautiful sequence, in my opinion.
The visuals of Pink Floyd concerts is in my opinion one of the great things about them. You can feel the energy. Im so glad Roger is coming to Cyprus in May :D. It won't be the same without David but oh well

Pink Floyd started back in 1965-66 made their first album 1967.... when they did 'the wall' tours in 1978-1980,,, they started using a second drummer...for 'the surrogate band'... then in most tours since,then they have often had a second drummer... but Nick Mason is the man! and earlier Floyd drumming is much more experimental...... he is the man!!!! so under-rated!!!!!

Not me.. I was 1 when DSOTM was released discovered it in hs and saw the band six times from 87-94.
