Bol was jogging
@francescostano4445 yeah you are right, her running looked really smooth!
@@lammie1000 Yep, it did! Look at Bol's arms. She is hardly working them, keeping them low like in a jog. Then look at the arms of Paulino: She is throwing her arms so high that it looks as if she hitting herself in the face. Conclusion Bol = "jogging" to an easy win and Paulino = working hard to secure a 2nd place for her country.
@rientsdijkstra4266 Exactly!! So no worries about her form and technique. She is on her path to great and beautiful performances this year!🫶🏽😁🙌🏽
@@lammie1000
so proud of Femke Bol 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Easy energy conserving win for Bol & Dutch quartet, great run from Paulino to get the 2nd ticket for the Dominican Republic.
Ill say it again, Femke Bol (one speed) is the BEST 400m woman on a Relay Leg.
How did that work out during the finals 🤡
@keithpugh7538 yeah she got whopped 😆 For the first time.
@@keithpugh7538well she tripped for one and won gold in the other so I’d say that’s fairly good
I really wantto know what is femke bol's secret of running .She is the best and just relax
one of Bol/Klaver should've run the women's 4x4 instead so they could've qualified there as well.
She is I swear because that is on today
Bol and Klaver will run the 4x4 today it will be a final.
The mixed 4x400 heat was a lot tougher than the women's 4x400 heat for the Netherlands.
I think the coaches made the right choice, as the selection of women for the heats could have qualified (based on their individual best times), but unfortunately didn't.
Today they get a second chance (probably with Bol) and worst case scenario is that the Netherlands gets a DQ, but even if that happens they still have a (very) good chance of qualifying for Paris based on ranking, since they are the current indoor- and outdoor World Champions ...
You proved wrong. Without Bol and Klaver Dutch Team qualified by easily winning second heat. Final for womens 400 was not the goal. Now two 400 teams earned ticket for Paris. Clever played!
Marileidy Paulino is the absolute best. Just doing what she just did and running that fast to accomplish that, I can only imagine what she will bring to Paris.
Paulino….Wow, I wonder what that split time was? Just Wow 😮
NED apparently didn't need to run both Bol & Klaver to win that race esp as BAH who were clearly feeling too confident with Shaunae & Stevie decided to run 16yr old Shania Adderley (54.50 PB) on anchor against Paulino & Femke - why take such a risk?! S/O Paulino who split a great 48.93 on that anchor leg & GBR's Charlie Dobson who split 43.63 in Heat 3 vs BEL & IRL.
It was needed otherwise too risky. Tomorrow Femke or Lieke needed to secure Olympic ticket 4x400 women. 🙏
@@QuamfyMarc Could still have qualified Top 2 with just one of them running this race & the other helping the W4x4 Team which didn't qualify to automatically qualify as well!
@@AllInTheGame01 Too risky with 52s runners.
It baffles me why they would make such decision to put Adderley on the anchor leg given her level of experience and performance. I mean perhaps even if her and SMU’s legs were switched we could have possibly qualified. You can not put an inexperienced 16 year old runner on an anchor leg in an international track and field meet against the likes of a Indoor World Record Holder (Bol) and the defending world champion in the 400m and expect to qualify. It just doesn’t make sense. This relay team was not set up correctly..
@@QuamfyMarc Agree to disagree.
LFG! 🔥
She is the best in the world
I’m confused, why wasn’t Uibo the anchor leg for her country?
Nope, she ran the 2nd leg, that is why the Bahama's started the 3d and 4th leg with a big lead...
femke bol is the greatest women in speed
no views in 18 seconds? shameful
😂😂😂
If you put the United States and the other country they failed
Bol is a great 400m hurdler, but this adulation gives the impression that she is a 400m outdoor champion.
Euhm... Bruh. She it the WORLD RECORD HOLDER
@@rientsdijkstra4266 Indoors or outdoors? I think she holds the World indoors record in the 400m.
@@Vince-ud3ekshe runs 49.17 indoors, so yes she can easily be a world champion outdoors
@@Vince-ud3ek Indoor, yes. But it still is a 400 m flat WR. And to put that into context: the previous holder of the indoor WR, which Bol bested by a whopping .42 of a second was Jarmila Kratochvilova who also is the previous holder of the OUTDOOR WR with a time of 47.99 (the only other woman besides Marita Koch who ever ran below 48 seconds). That should give you a bit of an indication of the power of that indoor WR.
@@Vince-ud3ek 49.17 indoors is low 48 outdoors.
But she couldn't handle the USA
Those two guys are not European
You should’ve thought about that before colonizing half the planet
@@grtyrf4634 lol you blacks stay losing
@@grtyrf4634Ireland didn't colonise anywhere and we are still being flooded with migrants looking for welfare handouts.
And you are not qualified to decide when people are European or not ...
They are more European than folks like you who most likely werent even born Europe; and like to pretending to be European. Heck, if you really want to be technical, and I will take The Netherlands & Scandanavia as an example. Just that you are caucasian Dutchmen doesnt mean your a direct descended of the various Dutch tribes of ancient times. Just as a lot of modern day caucasian Scandanavians, dont have a Northmen/Viking lineage; and thus by your logic & dna wise) arent any of those "nationalities".
