No, the gov sets the prices. That's why you can't shop your medications or medical treatment. Go to the pharmacy and ask how much this medication is. They will say it depends on your insurance. And if you have insurance buy don't want to use it they will not give you a cash price or it will be an inflated cash price.
You, by law, can't be given a legitimate cash price until after the pharmacy proves you haven't had insurance for more than 6 months.
