I went with the atmos, as I have a Savotta jääkäri large and a Mystery ranch 6500 for bigger and heavier loads. Both excellent packs but the Atmos is more comfortable

I choose AETHER from far away, bcs of it's durable fabric and its weight/surface indicator

How well do the pads on the hips (Atmos) conform to your body?
I tried out the bag in store and they dig into my hips a bit
It definitely does soften up a little bit over time! I think it could also be the placement of the hip pads may make a difference of how it digs in. But if you find another pack that feels better that’s the most important factor!

How come the new Atmos AG has "airspeed" on its back? Isn't it AG suspension? Or has it changed to airspeed? Thanks.
I think they have changed it to airspeed! Still very similar if not Al the exact same just a new name for it.

I think Osprey discontinued the Aether AG series.
