There are animal rescue groups everywhere you look across South Florida, sometimes representing every breed! But with all these non-profits clamoring for your support, not every non-profit can survive the dreaded donation drives.

Do you think if there were laws with limits on commercial sales that it would help with the pet overpopulation? No need to buy a dog when you can get one for free. I have two dutch shepards, would have cost thousands but I adopted. One was a pup.
