Camel milk consumed directly has a different taste ,compare to the powder one. You will find in middleast sold in bottles fresh n you can drink in farms directly taken out from camel poured in bowl n served u there it self

U need to try fresh camel milk, Today i tried a camel milk for first time, there is no difference between cow n camel milk by taste, May be as u guys tried in powder form it may not taste good.It has lot of benefits.

I have not tasted but spoke to a guy from the nomadic tribe who was taking care of his grazing camels. who travel with their camel from Rajasthan to M.P every year migration... he said camels milk is very sweet infact the nipples of the camel have to be washed properly after feeding or removal of milk else red ants come on them very fast. So I think the package milk powder could be salty due to preservatives.

I have been drinking camel milk twice a day for quite some time now, I've tried almost every form and type available in the market. The one which you tried is from brand "Aadvik" and till now it is the most expensive camel milk available in the market though I used it for a few months but it tastes very bad and it doesn't dissolve well into the water maybe because it's extra pure than the other brands but now I take hye Camel milk powder it's much better and affordable.

I had once tired tetrapack of camel milk in UAE and it was same like cow milk.. though I have heard its salty in comparison to other milk. I guess milk was thick bcz you added less water or may be if u had added warm water it would taste better...
