Notice the unusual intro of the special guests already seated with the contestants. This was likely due to Bill Cullen's inability to walk smoothly. God love him.

Same reason why if Cullen has to go to the winners circle. They cut away or commercial then hes already there.

They always accommodated Bill Cullen on any show he was on. His inability to walk smoothly was from polio IIRC.

Yea, not only was he such an in demand emcee, but a game player that producers were willing to work around his mobility problems.

I’m surprised they let the clues Bill gave for sword. He was way too descriptive. They were lenient.

Lois and Bill were excellent players, very clever. The male contestant was smart but arrogant and irritating.
