That is still the only essence that I have yet to find so until then I can't give a solid opinion on it but from what you showed it doesn't look too promising. Hopefully once I do get & test them that the results aren't as lack luster as the new scorch essence was, the fact that the target has to be chilled or frozen for it to activate is disappointing to say the least.
The fact that we have to waste two slots to have a shorter CD is insane. Our only dash skill. Other classes have 2 or more dashes. Temps dashes are 6 and 9 secs with waaay better secondary effects. They hate wizards atp
"Iben Fahd's Tenacity" should be a guaranteed drop in Legacy of Horadrim, upon opening all chests. The random drop rate is very bad, my Wizard with 2 years of existence never drop it, even though I spent real money buying keys and opening all chests.

Just remove teleport and go full DMG, put Ice crystal instead of teleport and it is going OP dmg with the wind

If the cooldown was not 14 seconds, and somewhat close 9sec then it would be good. But damn 14sec is to long.

You would gear with the teleport cooldown magic for sure, for pvp. They are such a pain to farm and get multiple good ones

Wiz is OP strong, just like Monk, that's why need longer cooldown to balance. Tempest is weak class so it's ok to have quicker dash.

I dont think it would be useful since dashes are normally used for getting from the enemy. I don't see a wiz jumping into battle...well shouldn't
