- Èze is a beautiful Medieval village located between the city of Nice in France and Monaco. Well known for its well preserved buildings and houses from the medieval time. Its beauty attracted numbers of famous celebrities such as Bono, Charlie Chaplin, Walt Disney and even the lead guitarist of U2 Band got married in the Village.

Looks very quiet. As you said the best way to get there probably is by bus. But it is nice to walk down to Eze Sur Mer, nice small beach and take the train or bus towards Nice on Monaco.
