Perfect timing for me. I just finished mounting a tank with a built-in fuel pump and new fuel lines. My 1.6 16V is prepped and ready to go. Now just need to pull the 1.3, clean the engine bay and drop the new engine in. BTW, the Petroworks EFI fuel tank setup is very nice, fuel pump is nice and quiet.

I pulled my 1.6 16V engine 20 years ago if you can believe that. It only has 30K miles on it. I checked the valve clearances on it and everything was in spec. Hopefully you check your valve clearances before you put it in, since it's easier to do with the motor out and you'll know that everything is good to go.

Might I suggest a marine battery holder to keep your fenders intact.

Yes I plan on getting one when this battery gives out. It came with the samurai when I got it 2.5 years ago and the old owner said it wasn't any good but its never given me any problems at all lol.
