    This is my eleventh workout video. I will be working out M/W/F lifting with daily rucks and jogs.

    Overhead Press 39.72%
    Back Squat A** to Grass 32.66%
    Barbell Row 31.99%
    "Straight" Legged Deadlift 27.21%
    Bench Press 30.89%
    Hamstring Curls 0%
    Todays weights and volume:
    Overhead Press 90lb 20/20 reps
    Back Squat A** to Grass 185 lb 20/20 reps
    Barbell Row 145 lb 20/20 reps
    "Straight" Legged Deadlift 185 lb 20/20 reps
    Bench Press 145 lb 16/20 reps + 4 reps
    Hamstring Curls 0 lb 20/20 reps
