I do homeschool with my 3.5 year old and he grasps it so well. I’ve always been an advocate for letting kids learn if they want to do it and going at their pace.

My 4th child is 3 and she is definitely coming into our homeschool this year. When those younger babies see big sisters learning there is no stopping them.
I can't wait to start homeschooling!!!! I already have lesson plans, curriculum, learning objects, electives, etc.
Thanks for sharing!! I love seeing other hs mamas and seeing how they set up and I love opening and be able to customize curriculums if they don’t work. As of right now we are using the whole curriculum with good and beautiful ( La, Math, writing, science and an elective which is art ) for history we going to use masterbooks and we got story k and I Love how they have 3 series of that so we can continue those until we finish and then by that time she will be ready to use masterbook for American history 1 so I’m assuming around 2-3rd grade and again they have a 3 series! Now if TGATB doesn’t work for us we definitely will try “ all about reading “ and then for math we will use what you have which is the math with confidence! And I love how the other curriculum primer they use blocks! So much fun, my girl may love that one! So I’ll look more into and maybe use that as well for little bit to supplement!

I've been debating getting things for our third little kiddo who's also 3 years old. He's also very interested and trying to sound out letters, and wanting to do math. He's inching closer to his kindergarten sister. You've given me the push to go for it

When I tell you that I was up for hours prepping AAR level 1 for my 2 kindergartners 😂.. I only did it because I’m expecting in the fall and I want everything in order .. but I definitely feel you on how much cutting organizing etc is involved lol

so happy to have found your channel. My son is 3 turning 4 soon and we are starting preschool.
We have exactly the same math approach with MWC combined with MUS for the extra worksheet practice...and yes, even with using both, it really doesn't take long at all. I'm loving using Gentle + Classical Preschool again with my 2nd son now--he really loves that Morning Binder and will get it out on his own most days. haha!

Looks great! I always enjoy seeing what others are using. My kindergartener is using Math with Confidence, Logic of English, and Sonlight K for history and literature (which he does alongside my 2nd grader). We also have Explode the Code handy for a supplement. :) My preschooler is also using Preschool Math at Home along with Sonlight T. :)

Such a wonderful plan! I’m curious if you used AAR Pre-Reading with your older girls? If so, what are your thoughts on it? I have 2 younger 3yo grandsons and have seen Elemental Phonicd used by other moms as well as AAR Pre-Reading.

Hi Brittany! Love love love your videos. I love your enthusiasm too. My lo is 2 but I’ve been watching all these videos to prepare myself for preschool. Is there a specific reason why you’re not using playing preschool/playing preschool 2 for your three year old? Do you prefer these instead of that one? Please let me know because I’m trying to find what would work best 😆 thank you and happy homeschooling!!

Thank you for your videos! I love your videos 😍... I'm starting our school year with Pre-k and K next week so excited! I have a question maybe you can help me... What is the difference between the HWT purple kick start kinder book and the HWT Orange Letters and numbers? Should these books be introduced in a certain order? also, how do you print the pictures of the books so small 😁
So the purple HWOT is a review of uppercase and focuses lowercase letters while the orange HWOT book is both uppercase and lowercase letters and then begins copying short sentences at the end. They both start gentle and slow. I would recommend doing them in order. Also I don’t have a particular size for the printouts of the books I just wing it lol 😆

And the pictures lol what I meant was is it a special printer that comes out in that size or do you print it on a regular printer and just make the picture smaller 😊
Yes the purple book is first and Yes !!! I just print it on regular printer paper in a small size. 😊

my to be kindergartner has a speech delay as well so taking phonics slow as well. Do you have a video breaking down things that work for you guys specifically any games etc or is all about reading mainly just it? Thanks 🙏🏻

Did you consider using g+c primer? I’m curious on your thoughts on why or why not to use it. I loved g+c preschool, but I’m just not sure on the primer.
I did !!! I actually printed it out but I wanted my younger one to be able to do it together so I will come back to in a year or so. 🥰
Where did you get those posters with numbers, seasons, months and days?? I am doing these skills with my little ones this year and those visuals would be so good to have!

Yes I use the teacher manual and or I watch the instructional video before teaching her the new lesson.❤️
