A tip if you get egg shells in your eggs when you crack it, use a big piece of the egg shell to get it out, that helps get it out better then trying to pick it out.

I’m the baker in the family and when I use boxed mix I use milk instead of water and butter instead of oil. I feel like it gives it a better taste
