Child Poverty and Free School Meals report

The London Assembly Economy Committee recently carried out an investigation into child poverty and the Universal Free School Meals programme, which included a visit to Sacred Heart Primary School to hear more about free school meals.
Last week, The Committee Chair went back to Sacred Heart to discuss the findings of its report 'Child Poverty and Free School Meals’.
The report makes 9 recommendations for the Mayor to try and alleviate the issues of child poverty.
