This crazy considering that I have an unlocked S21 Ultra and still can't get the official Android 14 OneUI 6.0 without having to root my phone.
s21 ultra got final updates of one ui 6 already, i updated my friend mobile and gave him back, s21 ultra smoothly runing with android 14 one ui 6, in case your mobile not getting then check model number on website and update it manually

They could offer to people new updates/androids if they pay monthly subscription. I don't get why is it so hard, cuz they can't forever recycling a phone with the same cameras for billion times. I prefer to have S9+/Note 9 with android 14 than S24 with the same terrible cameras with small sensors.

network must be weak in your village area, this is not mobile fault, some time network antinas located far away from our place will result to get weak signals on mobile, and patched firmware cannot have custom rom, check totally then do what you like to do
