- check it out! We stuffed a Mamba monster X 8s and a 8s 17xx sensored castle motor in our TLR tuned Typhon 8s. this this is almost the size of a 10Th scale and absolutely insane on 8s !

@JM-500 JM-500 I have a Pinocchio spool for it but I normally just run it at the race track where the center diff is beneficial

Wow that thing is fast with that 1721 1,260KV motor 88mph, i'm thinking about putting that same 1721 motor with either an MMX 8s or an XLX2 in my future Limitless V2 when i get it and just bashing it.
It's a solid basher motor. Def not a speed demon but runs great on 8s .

Where did you get the large esc fan from just picked up a mmx 8s esc and just wanna be safe with my heat temps also gonna subscribe
Hey Jace it's just a 40x40x10mm fan I ordered off ebay, put my own connecotr on. If you jump on some of the Facebook rc groups tho my buddy fanwercs sells some pre wired alum super high speed fans you just pop on there and plug into a balance port
It handles better on GRP the Hoons just make it slide.
What pinion did you have to use to clear? Would like to see some slower pics if possible!

Love their lineup of cars just not a fan of their hard tire compounds. Honestly I just wish they would of developed the rear shaft better

So far no issues, the arrma are kinda cool actually because they share the diffs in there 7th scale lineups . So it has the same diffs as the as infraction, limitless . Pretty beef
What about the gold hoons? Aren't they supposed to have the most grip

Yes the mmx8s fits . For 8s I stayed under 2000kv

Awesome man it's a bad ass little buggy. The stock motor mount works fine if your staying 4s I upgraded only to fit the larger pinions and run 8s. It's a pps grub lock mount you cam get them here

@@rayjohnson5875 should hold up to the power, has the same diffs and gear setup as a infraction or limitless. It could use some stiffer shock springs and maybe thicker oil. You need a servo also.
@@rayjohnson5875 xlx2 won't fit without some serious modification or cutting the body .I tried that first . I have 4 or 5 of them here

Hey the diffs have held up great for me on the stock parts. No issues. The typhon uses the same parts as the 7th scale infraction platform so it is nice and strong. Your good to go with just upgrading the motor and esc . I'd do a servo also . I'm running an nsdrs 400 now

Can you tell me where to buy the aluminum center differential support castle?
Finished mine a couple of weeks ago and I love it, what pinion do you recommend, 22tooth seems to be a little bit aggressive for an off-road basher 😂 also, have you messed with the new 2200 castle motor, just wanted to ask how people are liking it if they’ve run it ❤
Nice , I have the new v2 1515 installed in this car now and it is awesome . I normally run it on 4s with a 20T at the track and it's way faster than most of the cars. I slapped a 6s in it for bashing and it's jsut insane. Too much power. I changed the harness to a single plug so no more 8s for me

Get rid of those hoons and get grp's
Proline Avenger for better grip, 40t/24t for speed

I put it back in 4s mode. It's an offroad buggy was just having some fun with it . With spare parts I had laying around

@@TKO593 I would do those but they don't hold up to drifting . Somthing that can do 100 plus and drift woould be ideal
